Abstract: A display device (50a) includes a non-display region (N) shaped in an island and provided inside a display region. The non-display region (N) includes a through hole (H) framed to penetrate the non-display region (N) along a thickness of a resin substrate (10a). In the non-display region (N), a first inorganic insulating film (11, 13, 15, 17) includes an opening (M) provided to surround the through hole (H) and penetrating the first inorganic insulating film (11, 13, 15, 17). A second inorganic insulating film (36) of a sealing film (40) is in contact with the resin substrate (10a) exposed through the opening (M) from the first inorganic insulating film (11, 13, 15, 17).

Abstract: A separation wall is provided in a frame shape along a circumferential edge of a through-hole in a non-display region, in which the through-hole is formed, defined in an island shape inside a display region. The separation wall includes a wall base portion provided in a frame shape by a part of a second interlayer insulating film and a resin layer provided in an eave shape on the wall base portion to extend to a through-hole side and a display region side. Opening portions opening upward are provided on peripheries of the wall base portion on the through-hole side and the display region side in the second interlayer insulating film.

Abstract: A display devise includes: a resin substrate; a TFT layer; and a light-emitting element. A bending portion is provided with a first resin film formed of the same material and in the same layer as those of a first flattening film, and the first resin film fills a slit. An upper face of the first resin film is provided with a plurality of first connection wiring lines formed of a third metal film, and the plurality of first connection wiring lines extend in parallel to each other in a direction intersecting the extending direction of the bending portion. The plurality of first connection wiring lines are electrically connected to a plurality of first lead-out wiring lines, respectively in a display region side of the slit, and electrically connected to a plurality of second lead-out wiring lines, respectively in a terminal portion side of the slit.

Abstract: In the display device according to the disclosure, a first bank includes a first bank lower portion in the same layer as a flattening film and a first bank upper portion in the same layer as an edge cover. A second bank includes a second bank lower portion in the same layer as the flattening film and a second bank upper portion in the same layer as the edge cover. The first bank upper portion covers an upper surface and a side surface of the first bank lower portion, the side surface being on a side close to a display region. An inclination angle of a side surface of the first bank upper portion on a side close to the display region is larger than an inclination angle of the side surface of the first bank lower portion on the side close to the display region.

The light-emitting element includes a metal electrode provided on a flattening film included in the TFT layer. In the bending portion, an opening is formed in at least the one-layer inorganic film. A frame flattening film is provided to fill the opening. The plurality of frame wiring lines are provided on the frame flattening film across the opening. The frame wiring line is formed of a metal material identical to the metal material of the metal electrode. The frame flattening film is formed of a resin material identical to the resin material of the flattening film.
