    Abstract: An electronic device is provided. The electronic device includes a plurality of antennas, communication circuit, and a processor operatively connected to the communication circuit. The processor may be configured to transmit capability information of the electronic device to a base station, transmit channel state information measured based on a reference signal received through the plurality of antennas from the base station, receive antenna control information determined based on at least one of the capability information and the channel state information from the base station, and drive the plurality of antennas by selecting one of a polarization multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) mode and a spatial MIMO mode based on the antenna control information.

    Abstract: According to various embodiments, an electronic device comprises: a power supply unit comprising a power supply; an antenna module including at least one antenna; a magnetic field control circuit electrically connected to the antenna module; a charging circuit electrically connected to the power supply unit and the magnetic field control circuit; and at least one processor electrically connected to the magnetic field control circuit and the charging circuit, wherein the at least one processor may be configured to: identify an operating frequency through the magnetic field control circuit during the transmission of wireless power outside of the electronic device through the antenna module using power supplied from the power supply unit, identify whether the confirmed operating frequency is included in at least one operating voltage change frequency section within the designated operating frequency range, and change the operating voltage of the charging circuit based on the operating frequency being included in the at least one operating voltage change frequency section.

    Abstract: A semiconductor memory device includes a memory cell array, an error correction code (ECC) circuit, a fault address register and a control logic circuit. The memory cell array includes a plurality of memory cell rows. The scrubbing control circuit generates scrubbing addresses for performing a scrubbing operation on a first memory cell row based on refresh row addresses for refreshing the memory cell rows. The control logic circuit controls the ECC circuit such that the ECC circuit performs an error detection and correction operation on a plurality of sub-pages in the first memory cell row to count a number of error occurrences during a first interval and determines a sub operation in a second interval in the scrubbing operation based on the number of error occurrences in the first memory cell row.

    Abstract: An electronic device according to various embodiments comprises: a first antenna module configured to receive a serving beam from a first base station by forming a first beam; a second antenna module configured to measure an intensity of a signal of a neighbor beam received from a second base station by forming a second beam; a first temperature sensor configured to measure a temperature corresponding to the first antenna module; a second temperature sensor configured to measure a temperature corresponding to the second antenna module; at least one processor operatively connected to the first antenna module and/or the second antenna module; and a memory operatively connected to the at least one processor, wherein the memory can store instructions which, when executed, cause the least one processor to: determine whether the first antenna module is in an overheated state based on a temperature of the first antenna module acquired from the first temperature sensor while performing communication with the first base station through the first antenna module and, based on determining that the first antenna module is in the overheated state, perform handover to the second base station based on channel measurement information regarding the second base station.

    Abstract: An electronic device, according to one embodiment of the present invention, may comprise: a first dielectric which forms at least a part of the front surface of the electronic device; a second dielectric which forms at least a part of the rear surface of the electronic device; a side surface member which surrounds a space formed between the front surface and the rear surface and of which a part comprises a third dielectric; a display positioned in the space and visually exposed through the first dielectric; and an antenna module positioned in the space.     Abstract: Disclosed are various embodiments relating to a method and device for estimating the angle of a base station transmission beam by calculating the time difference between reception signals acquired through simultaneous beam sweeping to multiple antenna arrays. According to various embodiments, an electronic device may comprise: one or more first antennas; one or more second antennas spaced predetermined distance apart from the one or more first antennas; and a communication circuit electrically connected to the one or more first antennas and the one or more second antennas, wherein the communication circuit acquires a designated signal output from a base station as a first reception signal through the one or more first antennas and a second reception signal through the one or more second antennas, the first reception signal and the second reception signal are transmitted as one base station transmission beam, the time difference between the first reception signal and the second reception signal is obtained, the angle of the one base station transmission beam is calculated at least on the basis of the predetermined distance and the time difference, and the phase of a signal to be input to the one or more first antennas or the one or more second antennas is adjusted on the basis of the angle. Various embodiments are possible.
