Abstract:
Provided is a method of manufacturing an inkjet printhead. The method includes: preparing a substrate having thereon a heater for heating ink and an electrode for supplying current to the heater; applying a negative photoresist composition to the substrate having thereon the heater and the electrode and patterning the same to form a passage forming layer that surrounds an ink passage; patterning the substrate having thereon the passage forming layer by photolithography at least twice to form a sacrificial layer having a planarized upper surface in a space surrounded by the passage forming layer; applying the negative photoresist composition to the passage forming layer and the sacrificial layer and patterning the same to form a nozzle layer having a nozzle; etching the substrate from the rear surface thereof to be perforated to form an ink supply hole; and removing the sacrificial layer, wherein the negative photoresist composition includes a prepolymer that has a glycidyl ether functional group or a ring-opened glycidyl ether functional group on monomer repeating units thereof and a phenolic novolak resin-based backbone, a bisphenol A-based backbone, or an alicyclic-based backbone. The sacrificial layer may be planarized using a chemical mechanical polishing process. Therefore, an upper surface of the sacrificial layer can be planarized, and thus, it is possible to easily control a shape and dimension of an ink passage, thereby improving uniformity of the ink passage.
Abstract:
A hierarchical threshold tree-based broadcast encryption method includes a first step for a server initialization and a user subscription, a second step of distributing a message to enable a privileged user (authorized user) to decrypt a group key, and a third step of the privileged user (authorized user) decrypting the message using the group key. According to the method, it is possible to prevent any group of revocators from obtaining the group key using their secret information and information being broadcast by the server.
Abstract:
An ink-jet print head and a method of making the same comprising the steps of sequentially laminating a heating layer and an electric conductive layer on a substrate, patterning the electric conductive layer to expose a predetermined area of the top surface of the heating layer, forming a protective layer on the top surfaces of the electric conductive layer and exposed heating layer, and laminating an ink chamber barrier and a nozzle plate on the top surface of the protective layer, thereby forming an ink chamber. The protective layer is provided by forming a cavitation layer by alternately laminating at least two types of thin film layers of different materials over the exposed heating layer and the electric conductive layer to resist fractures and oxidization resulting from use.
Abstract:
An inkjet printhead and a method of manufacturing the same includes a substrate, an ink chamber to contain ink having a predetermined depth in an upper side of the substrate and an ink feedhole to supply the ink to the ink chamber provided in a lower side of the substrate, a heater formed on the bottom of the ink chamber to heat the ink and to form an ink bubble, and a nozzle layer deposited on the substrate and having a nozzle connected to the ink chamber. The ink chamber is narrower toward the bottom thereof and a sidewall of the ink chamber has a concave round shape.
Abstract:
An access device and method for preventing transmission of copyrighted contents to an external network and a method for the same. The access device includes a packet-header analyzer analyzing a header of a packet received from a home network device, a copyrighted-content sensor detecting whether the packet includes copyrighted content as a result of the analysis, an address converter for converting a packet source IP address into an IP address supported by the external network if a packet destination address is an external network address as a result of the analysis, a mapping-table generator generating a mapping table for managing a mapping a relationship between the packet source IP address and the converted IP address, and a packet transmitter transmitting the packet to the IP address supported by the external network and discarding the packet to block transmission of the copyrighted content to the external network if the copyrighted-content sensor detects that the packet includes the copyrighted content.
Abstract:
An inkjet printer head and fabrication method thereof. The inkjet printer head includes a substrate, a thermal layer formed on the substrate to generate thermal energy, a first electrode formed on the thermal layer except at a nozzle forming portion of the thermal layer, and a second electrode extending a predetermined distance to the nozzle forming portion of the thermal layer from a top portion of the first electrode to contact a central portion of the thermal layer. Accordingly, the inkjet printer head has high efficiency and durability.
Abstract:
An inkjet printer head and method of fabricating the same includes a substrate having an ink-feed hole formed at a bottom surface of the substrate, a lower chamber formed at a top surface of the substrate, and a restrictor to fluid communicate between the ink-feed hole and the lower chamber, an oxide layer formed on the substrate, a heater formed on the oxide layer and disposed parallel to the surface of the substrate to cross the lower chamber, a lead electrically connected to the heater, and a nozzle layer disposed on the heater to configure an ink channel together with the lower chamber and having a nozzle at an upper portion of the nozzle layer. The inkjet printer head is capable of improving a thermal efficiency by heating the ink using both surfaces of the heater since the heater is disposed at a center of the ink chamber, and improving characteristics of the heater by making a current density and a current flow uniform since the heater is formed in a straight line without any bent or curved portion.
