A light emitting diode package module includes a printed circuit board, a wiring film and light emitting diode packages. The printed circuit board includes first regions and second regions, which are alternately disposed. The wiring film is disposed over the printed circuit board and includes first sections and second sections, which are alternately disposed. Each diode package is disposed between one of the first regions and one of the first sections. The light emitting diode package is electrically connected to the wiring film. The second sections and the second regions are adhered to each other so that the wiring film and the printed circuit board are electrically connected.

A method of early sensing of water leakage, through chemical concentration monitoring, in a nuclear reactor system using a liquid metal and molten salt, the method including: measuring an electrical conductivity and a mass spectrum of a first channel and a second channel of a heat-related device included in the nuclear reactor system using the liquid metal and the molten salt; calculating a first identification value associated with the water leakage in the heat-related device using the measured electrical conductivity; calculating a second identification value associated with the water leakage in the heat-related device using the measured mass spectrum; and sensing the water leakage by comparing a predetermined reference value and a summed identification value, the summed identification value being the sum of the first identification value and the second identification value.

Provided are a system and method for human body communication using a limited passband. The system includes a transmission frame generating unit for human body communication which generates a transmission frame for human body communication based on data information including user identification (ID) and data scrambled into an orthogonal code generated by the user ID; a symbol mapping unit for symbolizing the generated transmission frame for human body communication according to a predetermined modulating method; a spreading unit for spreading the symbol outputted in the symbol mapping unit; a waveform generating unit for generating a baseband signal whose band is limited to a predetermined range with respect to the data spread in the spreading unit; and a middle band transmitting unit for modulating the baseband signal into a predetermined limited passband signal.

A width of a portion of the combination groove (340) is larger than a width of an entrance of the combination groove (340).
