Abstract: The video signal processing method comprises the steps of: downsampling luma components of reconstructed blocks adjacent to a current block; acquiring a maximum luma value from among the downsampled luma components based on a first index; acquiring a next-highest maximum luma value from among the downsampled luma components based on a second index; acquiring a maximum average luma value based on an average value of the maximum luma value and the next-highest maximum luma value; acquiring a next-lowest minimum luma value from among the downsampled luma components based on a third index; acquiring a minimum luma value from among the downsampled luma components based on a fourth index; and acquiring a minimum average luma value based on the next-lowest minimum luma value and the minimum luma value.

Abstract: A video signal decoding apparatus comprising a processor, wherein the processor is configured to: parse a syntax element related to a secondary transform of a coding unit from a bitstream of a video signal when one or more preset conditions are satisfied; check whether or not the secondary transform is applied to a transform block included in the coding unit based on the parsed syntax element; obtain one or more inverse transform coefficients for a first sub-block by performing an inverse secondary transform based on one or more coefficients of the first sub-block which is one of one or more sub-blocks constituting the transform block when the secondary transform is applied to the transform block; and obtain a residual sample for the transform block by performing an inverse primary transform based on the one or more inverse transform coefficients.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a method and apparatus for processing a video signal and, more specifically, comprises the steps of: parsing, from a bitstream, an adaptive motion vector resolution (AMVR) enabled flag (sps_amvr_enabled_flag) indicating whether or not adaptive motion vector differential resolution is used; parsing, from the bitstream, an affine enabled flag (sps_affine_enabled_flag) indicating whether or not affine motion compensation is usable; on the basis of the affine enabled flag, determining whether or not the affine motion compensation is usable; when the affine motion compensation is usable, determining, on the basis of the AMVR enabled flag, whether or not the adaptive motion vector differential resolution is used; and, when the adaptive motion vector differential resolution is used, parsing, from the bitstream, an affine AMVR enabled flag (sps_affine_amvr_enabled flag) indicating whether or not the adaptive motion vector differential resolution is usable for the affine motion compensation.
