    Abstract: An integrated optical-power adjustable WDM is provided, which has a plurality of channels, each channel having a first input port, a second output port and a third output port, the second output port of one channel being connected to the first output port of the next channel, the first port of each channel having a waveguide, the third port of each channel having a waveguide, each channel comprising a pair of collimating elements composed of a first collimating element and a second collimating element, a thin film filter and a tunable optical filter chip functioning as a variable optical attenuator, wherein the tunable optical filter chip is set between the thin film filter and the third output port for each channel, thereby the respective tunable optical filter chip is integrated into the corresponding internal optical path for each channel of WDM to achieve optical-power control for each channel of the WDM.

    Abstract: An injection mold has a lower mold half having a chamber at a top thereof. A holding plate has a top within the chamber formed with a plurality of holding slots. The holding slots extend frontward and rearward. A positioning plate is attached to a front surface of the holding plate, an upper portion of which within the chamber has a plurality of positioning holes at a front surface thereof. A fixing plate disposed rearward of the holding plate has a plurality of through holes at a top thereof. A plurality of first positioning rods is mounted to the installing holes, each of which defines a free end extending beyond the top of the fixing plate. A free end of each of a plurality of second positioning rods is capable of inserting into the positioning hole. An upper mold half is engaged with the lower mold half.

    Abstract: An angled core-pulling mechanism of mold includes a core insert, a shaping core and a slide block of which a rear end longitudinally defines a slide passage having a bottom side slanted downward from front to rear. The core insert defines a shaping cavity, a slide hole extending downward and slanting forward with a top communicating with the shaping cavity, and a receiving fillister having a level bottom face and with a top being connected with a bottom of the slide hole. One end of the shaping core is slantwise slidably disposed in the slide passage, and the other end is slantwise slidably disposed in the slide hole. The slide block can longitudinally move along the bottom face to drive the shaping core to slide slantwise upward and downward along the slide hole so that the shaping core can be inserted into or withdrawn out of the shaping cavity.

    Abstract: A plastic injection mold for molding a plastic article includes an upper insert and a lower insert. The upper insert and the lower insert match with each other to define an annular mold cavity in between. An annular gate communicates with the mold cavity to allow molten plastic material to flow into the mold cavity to mold the article. An annular runner is connected with the annular gate for injecting molten plastic material to the annular gate. Molten plastic material will evenly flow into the mold cavity of the plastic injection mold through the annular gate to mold the plastic article, which prevents the plastic article from being disfigured, decreasing the number of defective products and improving the product quality.
