Abstract:
The embodiment relates to a refrigerator. The refrigerator according to the exemplary embodiment includes: a cabinet that includes at least one storage compartment; a plurality of doors that open and close the at least one storage compartment; a plurality of operating units that are provided at each door; and a door opening apparatus that is positioned at the cabinet and opens one of the plurality of doors corresponding to the operation of the plurality of operating units, wherein the door opening apparatus includes a driving motor, a power transfer unit that transfers power of the driving motor, and a plurality of push members each of which corresponds to the plurality of doors and are connected to the power transfer unit, and when the driving motor is operated, one of the plurality of push members pushes one of the plurality of doors.
Abstract:
Disclosed is an assembly comprising at least two electric drive units (4) for respectively driving one of at least two drawers (2) which are movably mounted within a common furniture carcass (3). A measuring instrument (10) is assigned to each drive unit (4) in order to detect a force (F) that a user applies to the respective drawer (2). The inventive assembly further comprises at least one control or regulation device (9) for controlling or regulating the drive units (4). The measuring signals of the measuring instrument (10) can be fed to the control or regulation device (9) while the control or regulation device (9) can trigger the associated drive unit (4) after receiving a predetermined measuring signal from one of the measuring instruments (10). The control or regulation device (9) features a mode of operation in which the same prevents the drive units (4) allocated to the other measuring instruments (10) from being triggered after receiving the predetermined measuring signal from one of the measuring instruments (10).
Abstract:
A folding façade or folding awning arrangement includes at least two façade or awning elements, wherein a first façade or awning element is fixed on a building so that it can pivot about an axis, and wherein a second façade or awning element is pivotally held about a second displaceable axis and can be displaced along guides by means of a drive member, and wherein further a first collapsing edge of the first façade or awning element is pivotally connected to a second collapsing edge of the second façade and awning element to form a collapsing joint and can be moved in a manner released from the guides, collapsing transversely to the façade. The arrangement further includes at least one collapsible/fold-out and/or locking means. Safe operation is achieved in that at least one pivoting actuating element is provided in the form of a collapsing/fold-out, pulling/drawing, and/or locking means.
Abstract:
A refrigerator equipped with a door opening device opening doors by driving a motor and a method of controlling the same. In the method of controlling the refrigerator includes a door opening device including a plurality of sliding bars selectively opening first and second doors, a motor opening the first door or the second door by moving back and forth the sliding bars in directions opposite to each other, a plurality of position detectors detecting at least one protrusion provided at one side of the sliding bar, a switch unit inputting door opening signals, and a controller controlling operation of the first door and the second door according to the door opening signals. If door opening signals used to open the first and second doors, the door opening device is controlled so that the first and second doors are easily open/closed.
Abstract:
A piece of furniture with a furniture body and a first and at least one second drawer, displaceable relative to the furniture body, the front panel of the first drawer essentially completely covering the front panel or front wall of the second drawer in the closed position for both drawers, characterized in that the first and the at least one second drawer comprise an opening device for displacing the drawers from a closed position to an open position and a switch element is provided between both opening devices which couples both opening devices in a first switch position and uncouples the same in a second switch position.
Abstract:
A door opening device decreasing operational stages of a driving motor when opening a door and a refrigerator having the door opening device are disclosed. The door opening device selectively opens a first door and a second door and includes an operating member which selectively pressurizes the first door and the second door to be opened by rotation, a rotating cam including a plurality of protruding portions which contact the operating member to rotate the operating member and a plurality of depressed portions which are spaced apart from the operating member, the protruding portions and the depressed portions being formed alternately along a rotational direction of the rotating cam, a driving motor rotating the rotating cam in a forward direction and a reverse direction, and a return part returning the operating member to an initial position after at least one of the first door and the second door is opened.
Abstract:
In skylights wherein the wing may be selectively adjusted into a pivoting and swivel position, the wing is fixed with respect to the auxiliary frame in the pivoted opened position. If this fixation is removed due to a faulty operation, the upper, heavier half of the wing moves in the direction of the case so that there is a danger of damage. To make the negative effects of the faulty operation ineffective, flap 18 provided with latch 19 and having a pivoting axis displaced in relation to axial pin 7 in the direction of swivel joint 5 is pivotally mounted on auxiliary frame 2. Latch 19 arranged at a slight distance from axial pin 7 in the closed position subtends axial pin 7 when wing 3 is pivoted open. In case of a faulty operation, the weight of wing 3 causes axial pin 7 to be pressed against latch 19 of flap 18. This automatically secures a pivotally opened skylight against the results of a faulty operation, which is automatically undone, FIG. 4, when the wing is brought into the closed position.
