    Abstract: A flow rate ratio control valve includes a pair of plate springs, each of which applies elastic force in a predetermined direction in accordance with the amount of deformation, a valve body supported by the pair of plate springs to be movable in the predetermined direction, a drive unit which drives the valve body in the predetermined direction in a non-contact state by means of electromagnetic force applied to a region between the pair of plate springs in the predetermined direction, a container in which the plate springs and the valve body are contained, and a damper which is attached to the valve body, defines a sectioned predetermined space in cooperation with an inner surface of the container, and forms a predetermined gap between the damper and the inner surface, the predetermined gap establishing communication in the predetermined direction between the predetermined space and the exterior of the predetermined space.

    Abstract: A three-dimensional measurement device includes: an optical system that splits incident light into two lights, radiates one of the two lights as measurement light to a measurement object and the other as reference light to a reference surface, and recombines the two lights to emit combined light; a first irradiation unit that emits first light entering the optical system; a second irradiation unit that emits second light entering the optical system; a first imaging unit into which output light that is obtained from the first light and is emitted from the optical system enters; a second imaging unit into which output light that is obtained from the second light and is emitted from the optical system enters; and an image processor that executes three-dimensional measurement of the measurement object, based on interference fringe images taken by the first imaging unit and the second imaging unit.

    Abstract: A three-dimensional measurement device includes: an illuminator that irradiates a measured object with a predetermined light; an imaging device that comprises: an imaging sensor displaceable at least in a vertical direction; and a both-sided telecentric optical system that causes the imaging sensor to form an image of a predetermined area on the measured object irradiated with the predetermined light; a conveyor that moves the illuminator and the imaging device relative to the measured object; and a controller that: executes three-dimensional measurement of a predetermined measurement object on the measured object, based on the taken image; measures a height of the predetermined area at least at a time prior to imaging of the predetermined area under the predetermined light; and changes a height position of the imaging sensor based on a measurement result to adjust an interval between the predetermined area and the imaging sensor to a predetermined distance.

    Abstract: An electromagnetic valve includes a valve casing, which has a valve hole, a spool valve in the valve hole, first and second output ports each communicating with the valve hole, first and second pressure introduction holes, which respectively communicate with the first and second output ports, first and second pressure sensors, which is respectively fitted in the first and second pressure introduction holes, sealing members, which are arranged between the respective pressure sensors and the pressure introduction holes, first and second substrates, on which the corresponding first and second pressure sensors are mounted, and a housing, which accommodates the first and second substrates, has the first and second pressure introduction holes, and is attached to the valve casing.     Abstract: A vacuum pressure control apparatus includes an annular elastic seal member formed with a valve seat, and a doubly eccentric butterfly valve element configured to come into contact or separate from the valve seat. The vacuum pressure control apparatus is to be placed on a pipe connecting a vacuum chamber and a vacuum pump. The vacuum pressure control apparatus is configured to rotate the butterfly valve element in a first direction from a first valve closed position corresponding to an initial state to change vacuum pressure in the vacuum chamber. The vacuum pressure control apparatus further includes a control unit configured to rotate the butterfly valve element in a direction opposite to a first direction so that the butterfly valve element is moved to a second valve closed position different from the first valve closed position.
