    Abstract: The present inventive concept relates to a battery-free gas sensor or humidity sensor comprising a metal-organic framework and a method of manufacturing the same. In a photodiode-type battery-free gas sensor or humidity sensor according to the present inventive concept, since photoelectron collection electrodes are formed at certain intervals between P-N junction layers, when gas is adsorbed thereon, the gas can be detected without an extra power source by change of photocurrent. Due to fine pores of the metal-organic framework, gas sensitivity may be increased and stability of catalysts may be improved. When catalysts are not provided, humidity may be detected. Therefore, a system that used the photodiode-type battery-free gas sensor and the photodiode-type battery-free humidity sensor together may be performed humidity correction to accurately measure an amount of a gas.

    Abstract: Disclosed is an operating method of a metal sorting system using laser induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS), which may include: analyzing a metal component distribution for various metals using LIBS library information; setting multiple clusters according to the metal component distribution; performing first regression component analysis with respect to spectral data of a metal sample; calculating a probability that the spectral data will belong to each of the set multiple clusters using the first regress component analysis result; performing second regression component analysis with respect to the spectral data which belong to each cluster; and discriminating a type of metal sample by a weighted sum of the calculated probability and the second regression component analysis result.

    Abstract: We disclose a blockchain e-voting system, where keeping the basic principles of voting does not require trusted-third parties. The system includes at least two vote nodes each having two sets of private and public keys, a voter management node, two smart contract modules, and a blockchain. A voter management node is configured to provide a cryptographic base for public key generation and to pre-register DIDs of vote nodes. A first smart contract module is configured to perform self-identification of vote nodes, encryption of votes, and generation of zero-knowledge proofs for the validity of their results, and to upload all the outputs to a blockchain. For the purpose, a vote node executes the first smart contract module, taking a voting decision, an asserted DID, the two sets of public and private keys as inputs, where one set of keys is for the self-identification, and another set is for the encryption. A second smart contract module is configured to download the votes from the blockchain, check the validity of proofs, tally up the results without decrypting them, and finally upload the results to blockchain.
