    Abstract: Disclosed is a reactor operation optimization method based on an improved multi-population genetic algorithm. The reactor operation optimization method includes the following steps: defining an operating condition, and designing an operating scheme according to the operating condition; obtaining operating data of the reactor system of the operating scheme through numerical simulation research, and obtaining operation indexes by calculating the operating data; optimizing the operation indexes based on an improved multi-population genetic algorithm to obtain an optimization result; obtaining an optimal operating parameter setting under the operating condition according to the optimization result. The application solves the problem that the design scheme of reactor operation control hardly meets actual operation requirements, and therefore improves operation characteristics of the reactor system.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a sensor for measuring cam and tappet contact force of an engine and a measuring method. The sensor comprises a force carrying element, a force transmission element, a piezoelectric element, a force bearing element, a tappet head and a guide woodruff key. Meanwhile, the present disclosure also provides a measuring method by using the sensor. The sensor is simple in mechanism and convenient to use and can realize the measurement of the cam tappet contact force in the normal direction, the tangential direction and the axial direction of the contact surface.

    Abstract: The disclosure provides a magnetic suspension type quasi-zero stiffness electromagnetic vibration isolator with active negative stiffness. The disclosure relates to the technical field of vibration control. The disclosure can selectively realize passive negative stiffness and active negative stiffness by adjusting the control mode of a controller. By adopting an amplifying mechanism and DIESOLE type electromagnets, the bearing capacity of the vibration isolator is further increased, and the disclosure is suitable for the field of ultra-low frequency heavy load vibration reduction and isolation. The displacement state of a negative stiffness mechanism can be measured in real time according to a sensor, and by means of cooperation of the controller and a driver, active negative stiffness is realized, real-time linear negative stiffness is realized, the multi-stable phenomenon is avoided, and complex dynamic phenomena such as jumping during working of the vibration isolator are prevented. The active negative stiffness is realized, the current passing through the system can be adjusted according to different working conditions, and the system has strong self-adaptive ability, can be applied to vibration-isolated objects of different quality, and can adapt to different working environments.

    Abstract: An active control method for filtered reference affine projection sign algorithm based on variable step size includes: S1, acquiring impulse noise signals and transmitting the signals to control filters; S2, transmitting the impulse noise signals by the control filters to post filters; S3, generating cancellation signals of the impulse noise signals by the post filters according to the impulse noise signals and internal active control algorithms, and transmitting the cancellation signals to a speaker; S4, sending out the cancellation signal by the speaker to superimpose with the impulse noise signals to cancel the impulse noise signal. A convex combination structure and a variable step size strategy are adopted, and by adjusting step size coefficients in the control filter structure, convergence speed of algorithm is controlled, contradiction between convergence speed and steady-state error is coordinated, convergence performance of control algorithm to impulse noises is improved, and impulse noises are effectively controlled.
