Abstract: A preforming method for a high-strength steel variable-diameter tubular part is provided, which belongs to the technical field of metal forming process. The preforming method for a high-strength steel variable-diameter tubular part includes: selecting a tubular blank; and preparing a tubular blank forming mold, where the tubular blank forming mold includes a preforming mold and a final forming mold; sealing and pressurizing the tubular blank; heating the tubular blank by using electrodes; preforming the tubular part at a constant temperature; maintaining a temperature T1 and moving the preformed tubular part to the final forming mold;finally forming the tubular part. Through two steps of operation of preforming and final forming, and maintaining a temperature during moving the tubular blank between the two steps, so that the conversion of intrametallic structure between the two steps is improved, and the performance of the tubular part is improved.

Abstract: Disclosed are a linkage device, a transceiver module and a plane stress field measuring device and method capable of achieving synchronous adjustment of distance and angle, and relates to the field of ultrasonic non-destructive testing. The existing technical means for measuring plane stress in the field of ultrasonic testing has the shortcomings that the same testing is only applicable for single materials and the deflection angles of transmitting and receiving transducers are inconsistent. In the application, the linkage device designed by comprising a distance adjusting screw, an angle adjusting screw, a left connecting rod, a right connecting rod, a shaft column and a column lock is adopted, and based on the linkage device, the transceiver module designed by comprising a receiving end wedge, a receiving probe, a transmitting end wedge and a transmitting probe is additionally arranged; based on the transceiver module, the measuring device designed by comprising a pulse transmitting device, an amplifying device and a data acquisition device is additionally arranged, and the stress measuring method applicable for the stress measuring device is provided; and the distance and deflection angle between the receiving probe and the transmitting probe of the detection are adjusted according to a tested part. The application applies to stress measurement in the manufacturing process of mechanical components.

Abstract: The disclosure provides a method, system, device and medium for online monitoring of a plane stress field without baseline data based on a piezoelectric transducer array. Since Lamb waves have complex multi-mode characteristics, a suitable excitation frequency needs to be selected according to geometric dimensions of the structure to be measured, and then, only low-order mode Lamb waves are excited inside the measured structure to avoid serious waveform aliasing. For isotropic measured objects, anisotropic characteristics will be generated under the action of pre-stresses, that is, the propagation velocities of ultrasonic waves in all directions are different, but there is a linear relationship between velocity changes in different propagation directions and stresses. Therefore, there is still a linear relationship between the difference of velocity changes in different propagation directions and the stress. According to this characteristic, a characterization method of an absolute stress field without baseline data can be implemented. The method of the disclosure can make full use of the low attenuation characteristics of the Lamb waves to realize online monitoring of the plane stress field with a large coverage area.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a large-scale low-temperature controllable atmospheric boundary layer test system and method for wind and snow simulation. The system includes an atmospheric boundary layer wind tunnel, a plenum chamber and a refrigeration system. The atmospheric boundary layer wind tunnel includes an upper flow channel and a lower flow channel communicating with each other end to end. A power section is arranged in the upper flow channel. A settling chamber, a contraction section and a test section are sequentially arranged in the lower flow channel. Corners of a closed return wind tunnel are respectively provided with a transition section. A fan is disposed in the power section. An air heat exchanger is disposed in the settling chamber. The plenum chamber is divided by a partition into a storage room for storing snow particles and an operation room provided with a snow particle vibratory spreading device. The storage room is located at an upper part of the settling chamber. An air cooler is disposed in the storage room. The operation room is located at an upper part of the test section. The snow particle vibratory spreading device spreads snow particles that uniformly fall into the test section. The refrigeration system outputs a secondary refrigerant for heat exchange for the air cooler in the plenum chamber and the air heat exchanger in the atmospheric boundary layer wind tunnel. According to the present disclosure, the natural snowfall process is simulated through the cooperation of various parts of the system.

Abstract: Disclosed is a method for tuning stiffness of a servo system, including: reconstructing a characteristic signal of a servo system; calculating a vibration characteristic covariance coefficient of the servo system according to the characteristic signal; and tuning the stiffness of the servo system according to the calculated vibration characteristic covariance coefficient. By reconstructing the characteristic signal of the servo system, relationships between parameters of the system and the characteristic signal of the system are determined, and then, system stiffness tuning is carried out by calculating the vibration characteristic covariance coefficient of the system. In the process of tuning the stiffness of the servo system, a tuning judgment is made according to the system's own parameters without relying on a special locus, thus increasing the compatibility and intelligence degree of an algorithm.

Abstract: A deformation-driven solid-phase extrusion device and a one-step alloy bar preparation method by using the same are provided. The device includes a stir tool, an extrusion container and an ejector rod. The stir tool has an integral structure composed of an upper mounting part and a lower working part and having a hollow channel. The lower working part is disposed in a groove of the extrusion container, and the ejector rod is disposed in the hollow channel of the stir tool. The method includes adding alloy powder to the extrusion container, enabling the stir tool to exert a pressure and revolve at a high speed to cause large plastic deformation of the powder and generate heat by friction and deform among powder and the friction working surface of the working part, sintering the alloy powder and extruding the same through the hollow channel of the stir tool.

Abstract: An accurate springback compensation method for sheet hydroforming component based on liquid volume control is related to a springback compensation method for curved surface part hydroformed with liquid as a punch during deep drawing process. According to the difference between a theoretical volume and a post-springback volume of a target part, an elastic deformation of the die is induced by liquid pressure, the die deformation amount is controlled to be equal to the springback amount. The accurate springback compensation control of a curved surface part is realized to overcome the problems of thickness or mechanical properties variations for different batches of sheets, and the manufacture error of the mould is considered to meet the design requirements. The liquid volume compensation is on-line and in-situ performed without mould re-machining. The advantages is good precision, simple process, high efficiency, short cycle and low cost.
