Abstract:
An evaporative desalination device includes a multi stage vapor generator that generates vapor by passing a hot water supply pipe successively through a plurality of vapor generators to evaporate sea water inside thereof, a multi effect vapor generator that uses vapor in the respective vapor generators as heat source and forms a plurality of evaporator groups which can adjust a number of evaporators disposed inside the respective evaporator groups and produce fresh water according to amounts of supplied vapor to evaporate sea water in the evaporator groups on an outer circumference surface of an evaporation tube by heat of vapor flowing in the evaporation tube, and a discharge unit that condenses vapor in the multi effect generator by sea water to discharge fresh water in liquid state, and returns and supplies portions of discharged sea water to the multi stage vapor generator and the multi effect evaporator.
Abstract:
The present invention is provided to report a loss of a terminal in a wireless communication system. A method of detecting the loss of the terminal includes comparing information elements that change depending on geographical movement of a primary terminal and a secondary terminal when a time for detecting the loss arrives. The loss of the secondary terminal is detected based on the comparison result of the information elements that change depending on the geographical movement of the terminals. The loss of the secondary terminal is reported to the primary terminal.
Abstract:
A micro-strip transmission line capable of reducing far-end crosstalk is provided. The micro-strip transmission line having a serpentine shape is capable of reducing the far-end crosstalk of the transmission line by increasing capacitive coupling between neighboring transmission lines by allowing parallel micro-strip transmission lines to have serpentine shapes. In the structure of the micro-strip transmission line having the serpentine shape, it is possible to reduce the far-end crosstalk of the transmission line by increasing capacitive coupling between neighboring transmission lines by allowing parallel micro-strip transmission lines to have serpentine shapes.
Abstract:
Disclosed herein is an interface of a multi chip module transmitting and receiving data among a plurality of chips. An interface of a multi chip module includes a communication unit that is provided in the chips and transmits and receives the data; and a radio communication unit that is provided outside the chips, converts the data transmitted from the communication unit into radio signals and wirelessly transmits the radio signals, and demodulates radio signals received from other chips into data and transmits the data to the communication unit, whereby wired communication chips can implement radio communication.
Abstract:
Disclosed herein is a method of curing a color filter for an electronic display using an electron beam at low temperature. A conventional method of curing the color filter by thermal-heating is not suitable for a process of fabricating next generation flexible displays. In the method of the invention, after a color resist pattern is formed on a substrate, the resist is cured by an electron beam at 100° C. or less. Hence, the method can minimize damage of the substrate while facilitating dimension control of the color pattern and achieving precision of a fine pattern. A method of fabricating a color filter for an electronic display using the method is also disclosed.
Abstract:
Provided is a microstrip transmission line for reducing far-end crosstalk. In a conventional microstrip transmission line on a printed circuit board, a capacitive coupling between adjacent signal lines is smaller than an inductive coupling therebetween, so that far-end crosstalk occurs. According to the present invention, the capacitive coupling between the adjacent signal lines is increased to reduce the far-end crosstalk. A vertical-stub type microstrip transmission line is provided.
Abstract:
A transmitter circuit for transmitting parallel data, suitable for compensating for influence of crosstalk noise in a pre-emphasis scheme. The transmitter circuit includes first through Nth transmission lines configured to respectively transmit first through Nth data (N is 2 or greater); first through Nth output driving circuit sections configured to output the first through Nth data transmitted through the first through Nth transmission lines; first through Nth pre-emphasis circuit sections configured to generate first through Nth pre-emphasis signals for controlling transition output levels of the first through Nth data depending upon signal modes of adjoining data among the first through Nth data; and first through Nth adders configured to generate first through Nth data output signals that are controlled in transition output levels using output signals of the first through Nth output driving circuit sections and the first through Nth pre-emphasis signals.
Abstract:
A vibration motor is disclosed. In accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, the vibration motor includes a base, a vibrator, which reciprocates, a coupling part, which is protruded on at least one of the base and the vibrator, and a leaf spring, which includes a frame and an elastic part. Here, the frame is coupled to the coupling part and disposed apart from the base or the vibrator in which the coupling part is formed, and the elastic part is extended from the frame and elastically supports the vibrator. Thus, the leaf spring can be prevented from having concentrated stress and damage occurred, thereby improving the lifetime of the leaf spring.
Abstract:
A vibration motor is disclosed. In accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, the vibration motor includes a base, a vibrator, which reciprocates in the base, a protruding part, which is formed on at least one of the base and the vibrator, and an elastic body, which is interposed between the base and the vibrator and has a through-part formed therein and in which the protruding part is inserted into the through-part and the elastic body is coupled to the base or the vibrator by caulking or bending the protruding part which is protruded through the through-part. Thus, the vibration motor can have a uniform resonant frequency characteristic since a spring is coupled by way of caulking or bending.
