Abstract: This drive device is provided with a motor section (2) and a wheel (102) which is connected to the output section (44) of the motor section (2) and which rotates. The wheel (102) has a circular plate-shaped disk section (104) which is affixed to the output section (44), and a rim section (105) which extends in the axial direction of the output section (44) from the outer periphery of the disk section (104) and on which a tire (103) is mounted. The disk section (104) is provided with a rib (116) surrounding the periphery of the motor section (2).

Abstract: A wide section 71d which contacts a connector member and positions the connector member relative to a connector housing part is provided in a section where a first securing part 71b of a cover member 70 is provided and is configured so as to be wider than the other parts of the section where the first securing part 71b of the cover member 70 is provided; hence, it is possible to use the wide section 71d in the pressing section (pressing point OP) of an extrusion pin. As a result, it is possible to suppress distortion of the cover member 70 and to sufficiently smooth the welded section (first securing part 71b) of the cover member 70 even when the shape of the cover member 70 is complicated.

Abstract: A brushless motor includes: a stator having a stator core and a winding; a rotor having a magnet; and a magnetic sensor for detecting the rotational position of the rotor. The rotor has a skew structure, and the magnet is skew-magnetized. The magnet has an overhang part. The magnetic sensor is disposed opposite to an axial end surface of the overhang part. The skew angle of the magnet is set in accordance with the angular deviation of sensor arrangement corresponding to motor specifications such as Δ-connection or sine wave drive in a state where the magnetic sensor is disposed at an optimum position less affected by a winding field.

Abstract: The present invention addresses the problem of manufacturing first and second members with different materials when molding injection molding body one after another using first to third molds disposed at 120 degrees from each other on a turntable that performs reciprocating motion at 120 degrees and using fourth to sixth molds provided opposite to the first to third molds, respectively. According to the solution, first to third injection devices are disposed on the sides of fourth to sixth molds, respectively, the first injection device is caused to perform primary injection to mold a first member, and the second and third injection devices are caused to perform primary injection to mold a second member and secondary injection to integrate the first and second members with each other, whereby the first and second members can be manufactured with different materials one after another.

Abstract: A motor with speed reduction mechanism is provided with an anti-scattering cover 80 for grease, which holds grease applied to a mating part MT where a worm 36b and a worm wheel 40 are in engagement with each other, the anti-scattering cover 80 for grease is provided and closer to an opening 32c than the worm wheel 40 along an axial direction of the worm wheel 40. The anti-scattering cover 80 for grease has: a first wall 81 extending from the opening 32c toward a bottom 32a and formed between the worm 36b and a side wall 32b of a speed reduction mechanism housing unit 32; and a second wall 82 extending in a direction intersecting with the first wall 81 and covering the mating part MT from the same side as the opening 32c along the axial direction of the worm wheel 40. The first wall 81 and the second wall 82 of the anti-scattering cover 80 for grease hold grease attached to the worm 36b, thereby preventing exhaustion of grease applied to the mating part MT where worm 36b and the worm wheel 40 are in engagement with each other.

Abstract: The control part includes: a gate control voltage output unit that is configured to output a drive signal which switches a switching element according to a Hall edge that forms each of six Hall stages which are represented by a combination of electric potentials of position detection signals that are outputs of a plurality of sensors; a counter value acquisition unit that is configured to acquire a counter value which is a time period of the Hall stage and which is represented by a time period between two Hall edges that form each of the Hall stages from the position detection signal; and a switching control unit that is configured to determine a value obtained by multiplying a previous counter value of each of the Hall stages by a preset correction coefficient as a delay time of each of current Hall edges and that allows the gate control voltage output unit to output a drive signal according to each of the Hall edges which are corrected by the delay time.
