    Abstract: It is an object of the present invention to provide a fine fluorescent particle, which does not cause concentration quenching and has low ecotoxicity. Specifically, the present invention relates to a fine fluorescent particle containing an AIE-active compound, the particle consisting of a network polymer, wherein the fine fluorescent particle is characterized in that the AIE-active compound is, for example, a compound represented by the following formula (1): wherein E represents silicon or germanium; R1 and R2, which are the same or different, each represent a hydrocarbon group containing 1 to 6 carbon atoms, or a substituted or unsubstituted phenyl group; and R3, R4, R5 and R6, which are the same or different, each represent a substituted or unsubstituted phenyl group.

    Abstract: An antenna module includes a dielectric substrate, a radiating element that is arranged in the dielectric substrate, ground electrodes that are arranged to be opposed to the radiating element, and a resonance circuit. The resonance circuit is arranged between the radiating element and the ground electrode and includes resonators. The radiating element and the resonance circuit constitute a filter device. The resonance circuit includes an input line that receives a radio frequency signal from an RFIC, a resonance portion that is coupled with the input line, and a resonance portion that is coupled with the input line and the radiating element. The ground electrode is arranged between the radiating element and the input line. The resonance portion functions as an extracted pole unit. The input line is arranged between the resonance portion and the resonance portion.

    Abstract: A method of manufacturing a diamond substrate includes: a step of placing a laser condensing unit 190 configured to condense laser light B so as to face an upper surface 10a of a block 10 of single crystal diamond, a step of forming a modified layer 20, which includes a processing mark 21 of graphite and a crack 22b extending along a surface (111) around the processing mark 21, in a partial region of the upper surface 10a of the block 10 along the surface (111) of the single crystal diamond, along the surface (111) of the single crystal diamond at a predetermined depth from the upper surface 10a of the block 10 by radiating the laser light B on the upper surface 10a of the block 10 from the laser condensing unit 190 under predetermined conditions and condensing the laser light B inside the block 10, and moving the laser condensing unit 190 and the block 10 in a relative manner two-dimensionally, and a step of forming a cleavage plane 25 at the predetermined depth of the remaining region of the upper surface 10a of the block 10 by spontaneously propagating cleavage from the modified layer 20.
