    Abstract: A headliner assembly for a vehicle includes a headliner and a microphone. The headliner is configured for attachment to the vehicle such that the headliner separates a passenger cabin of the vehicle from a roof panel of the vehicle and such that a first surface of the headliner faces the roof panel, and an opposite, second surface of the headliner faces the passenger cabin. The microphone is mounted along the second surface of the headliner such that, when installed in the vehicle, the headliner is disposed between the microphone and the roof panel.

    Abstract: An apparatus (e.g., an audio amplifier) includes a housing cover configured to be fitted to a heat sink for enclosing a circuit board therebetween. The apparatus also includes a contact member formed separately from and mounted to the housing cover to cause electrical components on the circuit board to engage with the heat sink when the housing cover is fastened to the heat sink.     Abstract: Audio systems and assemblies provide for a loudspeaker acoustically coupled to an interior of a vehicle and externally ducted to an exterior of the vehicle. The loudspeaker may therefore be subject to a pressure differential existing between the interior and the exterior that may cause undesirable operation, such as an altered acoustic response and/or damage to the loudspeaker. The systems and assemblies provide for various mitigating actions that may include altering an audio signal to change the acoustic response, turning off the loudspeaker, and/or isolating the loudspeaker from the pressure differential.
