Abstract: An output-switch control system for an AC-DC power supply includes a push-button switch that has two triggers. The triggers correspond to different contacts of a detecting circuit, respectively. When the push-button switch is pressed to make the triggers and the contacts turn into a close-circuit state form an open-circuit state, the detecting circuit outputs a power-source-on signal, and when the push-button switch is pressed again, and either of the triggers and the contact turn into the close-circuit state form the open-circuit state, the detecting circuit outputs a power-source-off signal immediately. With the dual-transition signal certification at the contacts, safe output-switch control can be achieved, so as to provide a user with operational safety.

Abstract: An output wire joining structure of a winding seat for a transformer or an inductor is disclosed. The winding seat includes a winding portion and a support portion. The winding portion is disposed on top of the support portion for winding a coil. Two sides of the support portion are provided with pin holders for insertion of output wires of the coil. At least one joining plate is disposed beneath the pin holders corresponding in position to the output wires. The output wires of the coil and metal pins of the pin holders are soldered to the joining plate respectively, so that the output wires and the metal pins are quickly soldered and fixed to form a connection, which has the advantages of increasing the rated current and facilitating the operation.

Abstract: A high power density power supply includes at least one power module and a cooling fan in a casing. A first filter circuit board facing upward is provided below the cooling fan. A second filter circuit board facing downward is provided above the cooling fan. The back of the second filter circuit board is provided with a plurality of buffer pads. An insulating plate is disposed on the buffer pads to completely cover the top of the second filter circuit board. Thereby, the insulating plate provided an insulating effect between an upper cover of the casing and the second filter circuit board to prevent the second filter circuit board from directly contacting the upper cover to form a short circuit, so as to improve the safety of the power supply.

Abstract: A slide rail structure for fixing a power supply to a machine frame is disposed between the machine frame and the power supply. The machine frame includes at least two longitudinal left racks and at least two longitudinal right racks at two sides thereof. The slide rail structure includes two inner slide rails and two outer slide rails. One inner slide rail is laterally fixed to the two left racks, and the other inner slide rail is laterally fixed to the two right racks. The two outer slide rails are laterally locked to two sides of the power supply, respectively. The outer slide rails are slidably connected to the inner slide rails, respectively. Through the slide rail structure, the power supply won't sway left and right in the machine frame, thereby enhancing the stability of the power supply.

Abstract: A fixing device for an LCD module and a faceplate includes a frame having one side fixing an LCD module and another side provided with plural fixing plates respectively bored with an elongated insert hole. A circuit board is secured at a rear side of a faceplate and provided with plural locking plates corresponding with the fixing plates so that the fixing plates of the frame can be respectively secured with the locking plates. Thus, relative positions of an LCD module and a faceplate can be adjusted and hence LCD modules different in thickness can be firmly fixed with a faceplate and the surface of the LCD module can be stably kept flush with the surface of the faceplate.

Abstract: A real-time-calibration circuit for multiple CPUs includes the CPUs for communication, for control and for acting as a panel board. The CPUs each have a real-time clock built therein. The CPU for communication is connected with an external real-time clock, and only the external real-time clock is connected with a battery. Through the CPU for communication, a standard time is obtained from an external network and provided to the external real-time clock for time calibration. Then a calibration value generated from the time calibration is fed back to the CPU for communication to be used by the real-time clock of the CPU for communication and the real-time clocks of the other CPUs, so as to prevent the CPUs from interfering communication during time calibration, and reduce the need of power and of batteries, thereby saving energy and costs and being friendly to the environment.
