    Abstract: A power conversion system includes a power conversion circuit and a start circuit. The power conversion circuit includes a first terminal, a second terminal, an output capacitor, at least one switch unit, a flying capacitor and a magnetic element. The flying capacitor is connected between the first terminal and the second terminal. The output capacitor is electrically connected with the first terminal or the second terminal. The start circuit is configured to control the power conversion circuit to pre-charge. A first terminal of the start circuit is electrically connected with the first terminal, and a second terminal of the start circuit is electrically connected with the second terminal. During a start process of the power conversion circuit, the at least one flying capacitor and the output capacitor are pre-charged by the start circuit.

    Abstract: A power conversion circuit includes an input positive terminal, an input negative terminal, an output positive terminal, an output negative terminal, a first bridge arm, a second bridge arm, a transformer, a first resonant capacitor, a second resonant capacitor, a third resonant capacitor and a third resonant capacitor. The transformer includes a first winding, a second winding and a third winding. The plurality of switches in the first bridge arm and the plurality of switches in the second bridge arm are selectively turned on or turned off. The ratio of the input voltage to the output voltage can be adjustable by changing the turn numbers of the first winding, the second winding and the third winding.

    Abstract: A converter includes a first end, a second end, a first side and a second side switching circuits and a transformer. The first end includes a first positive terminal and a first negative terminal. The second end includes a second positive terminal and a second negative terminal. The first side switching circuit is coupled to the first end and includes a first bridge arm and a second bridge arm. Two terminals of the first bridge arm are coupled to the first positive terminal and the first negative terminal respectively. Two terminals of the second bridge arm are coupled to the first positive terminal and the second positive terminal respectively. The transformer includes a first side winding coupled to the first side switching circuit and a second side winding coupled to the second side switching circuit.     Abstract: A power conversion system includes a power conversion circuit and a start circuit.     Abstract: A voltage regulator module with a vertical layout structure includes a circuit board assembly, an electroplated region and a magnetic core assembly. The circuit board assembly includes a printed circuit board and at least one switch element. The printed circuit board includes a first surface, a second surface, a plurality of lateral surfaces, an accommodation space and a conductive structure. The switch element is disposed on the first surface. A conduction part is formed on the second surface. The conductive structure is perpendicular to the printed circuit board and disposed within the accommodation space. The electroplated region is formed on the corresponding lateral surface, arranged between the conduction part and the first surface, and electrically connected with the conduction part and the switch element. The magnetic core assembly is accommodated within the accommodation space. Consequently, an inductor is defined by the conductive structure and the magnetic core assembly collaboratively.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a power module including a circuit board, a first heat-generating component and a second heat-generating component. The circuit board includes a first side and a second side opposite to each other and includes a first plane and second plane disposed on the first side. A first height difference is formed between the first plane and the second plane. The first heat-generating component and the second heat-generating component are disposed on the first plane and the second plane, respectively. The first heat-generating component and the second heat-generating component include a first contact surface and a second contact surface, respectively. The first contact surface and the second contact surface are located at a first collaborative plane of the power module. It benefits to reduce the design complexity of a heat sink, and enhance the heat dissipation capability and the overall power density of the power module simultaneously.
