Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for producing a fixing closure element comprising a plurality of interlocking means which are configured with a support (17) as one piece. According to the inventive method, a thermoplastic material is fed to the slit between a pressure tool (3) and a shaping tool (5). A sieve (11) comprising continuous cavities is used as a shaping element on the shaping tool (5). The interlocking means are formed such that the thermoplastic material is at least partially hardened in the cavities of the sieve (11). A shaping tool which comprises a second shaping element (11), said element interacting with the cavities of the sieve, is used on the side of the sieve (13) facing away from the pressure tool (3). The thermoplastic material is shaped using said second shaping element.
Abstract:
A support device for improving the haptics and/or gripping impression of humanoid or android type hands includes an active surface that interacts with parts (16, 18, 22) of the respective hand to carry out a movement and that has individual stem-like projections. Each projection has a free end face such that the projections at least partially improve the adhesion of at least parts of the hand or a hand protector (10) to surfaces, particularly smooth or delicate surfaces, that are touched. The respective free end faces (26) of the projections (24) are designed such that their adhesion results from acting van der Waals forces between the free end faces (26) and the touched surface.
Abstract:
A closure component has a plurality of closure components (12) with each disposed on a carrier part (10) by a footer (18). Each has a header (14) connected to the footer (18) by a shaft part (16). The header (14) is jointedly connected to the shaft part (16) by a hinge part (20). Because the footer (18) forms a further hinge part (22), by which the shaft part (16) is jointedly connected to the carrier part (10), improved adhesion to third components can be produced.
Abstract:
During a method for the production of a touch-and-close fastener (10), preferably of at least one plastic material, a backing (12) with a plurality of protruding stems (14) is connected to individual heads (16). For at least a part of the stems (14), their free ends (18) come into contiguous or embedded contact with a contact face (20) of each assignable head (16). The invention relates additionally to an apparatus for carrying out the method and to a fastener produced according to the method.
Abstract:
A closing mechanism (1; 101; 201; 301) includes a plurality of closing elements (2; 102; 202; 302, 302a) such as hooks, mushroom heads or loops, and a flat carrier (3; 103; 203; 303). The closing elements (2; 102; 202; 302, 302a) protrude from at least one surface (4) of the carrier (3; 103; 203; 303). The closing mechanism (1; 101; 201; 301) has an illuminant (5; 105; 205; 305), at least in certain sections, which emits light when supplied with energy. The invention also relates to an associated production method.
Abstract:
A surface for an article has an artificially producible base structure (10). The structure (12) has or develops a capillary effect at which the quotient from capillary work (K) and adhesion work (A) is larger 1. The capillary structures and their capillaries have a negative capillary rise such that liquid is forced from the capillaries, allowing for a self-cleaning effect.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a touch fastener with a plurality of interspaced bonding elements that are arranged on the backing, each element having a head (12) that is connected to the backing by means of a stem (14). To allow the head (12) to always remain fastened to a body in the immediate vicinity, even if the backing is axially displaced over a predeterminable distance on a plane running parallel to said body, the head (12) consists of a disc with a diameter that is greater than the diameter at any point on the stem (14), the latter being conical and connected to the disc in an articulated manner by means of an articulated part (16).
Abstract:
The invention relates to a display device (1; 101) comprising a plurality of picture elements (2; 102) for displaying still and moving images, alphanumeric characters or the like. According to the invention, said picture elements can be controlled, either individually or in groups, by means of an electronic control System, and the display device (1; 101) comprises a first flat Substrate (3; 103). The invention is characterised in that the first flat Substrate (3; 103) comprises fastening elements (5; 105) which project, at least in sections, from the first surface (4; 104) thereof, in order to detachably fix the display device (1; 101) to a carrier device (7), by the co-operation of the fastening elements (5; 105) of the first flat Substrate (3; 103) with the carrier device (7).
Abstract:
A process for produces an adhesive closing element including a plurality of hook elements connected to a backing (10) forming a single piece with the hook elements and being disposed symmetrically thereon. The hook elements are provided in the form of a stem component (17) having a head piece (16). A deformable material is introduced into a forming zone in between a production master (3) and a forming tool (5). The opposite-lying defining walls, at least when seen in a longitudinal section of the respective forming cavity (12), are provided with a continuous convex trajectory. A continuous transition between the cross-sectional forms of the stem component (17) and the head piece (16) is provided for a hooking of the backing (10) resulting in seamless removal.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for producing a contact-fastener part, according to which a support (10) is manufactured with a plurality of columns (12), the latter being preferably produced as one-piece with the support. On said contact-fastener part, at least some of the free ends of the columns (12) are provided with a plurality of individual filaments (14).
