Abstract: A gas detecting module is provided. The gas detecting module includes a base, a piezoelectric actuator, a driving circuit board, a laser component, a particulate sensor and an outer cover. A gas-guiding-component loading regain and a laser loading region are separated by the base. By the design of the gas flowing path, the driving circuit board covering the bottom surface of the base, and the outer cover covering the surfaces of the base, an inlet path is collaboratively defined by the gas inlet groove of the base and the driving circuit board, and an outlet path is collaboratively defined by a gas outlet groove of the base, the outer cover and the driving circuit board. Consequently, the thickness of the gas detecting module is drastically reduced.

Abstract: A method of preventing air pollution in a vehicle is disclosed. Firstly, an out-car gas detection device, an in-car gas detection device and a purification device are provided to detect the air pollution and transmit a respective gas detection datum to a connection device. An in-car gas exchange system is provided for intelligently selecting and controlling a gas outside the vehicle to be introduced or not introduced into the inner space of the vehicle. The connection device receives and compares the gas detection data, so that the connection device selectively transmits a control instruction to the in-car gas exchange system and the purification device, and the air pollution in the inner space of the vehicle is exchanged and filtered, so as to provide clean, safe and breathable air.

Abstract: A wafer structure is disclosed and includes a chip substrate and plural inkjet chips having plural ink-drip generators. Each ink-drop generator includes a thermal-barrier layer, a resistance heating layer and a protective layer. The thermal-barrier layer is formed on the chip substrate, the resistance heating layer is formed on the thermal-barrier layer, a part of the protective layer is formed on the resistance heating layer, and the barrier layer is formed on the protective layer. The ink-supply chamber has a bottom in communication with the protective layer, and a top in communication with the nozzle. The thermal-barrier layer has a thickness of 500˜5000 angstroms, the protective layer has a thickness of 150˜3500 angstroms, the resistance heating layer has a thickness of 100˜500 angstroms, the resistance heating layer has a length of 5˜30 microns, and the resistance heating layer has a width of 5˜10 microns.

Abstract: A purification device for exercise environment is provided and includes a main body, a purification unit, a gas guider and a gas detection module. The purification unit, the gas guider and the gas detection module are disposed in the main body to guide the gas outside the main body through the purification unit for filtering and purifying the gas, and discharge a purified gas. The gas detection module detects particle concentration of suspended particles contained in the purified gas. The gas guider is controlled to operate and export the gas at an airflow rate within 3 minutes. The particle concentration of the suspended particles contained in the purified gas, which is filtered by the purification unit, is reduced to and less than 0.75 μg/m3. Consequently, the purified gas is filtered, and an exerciser in an exercise environment can breathe with safety.

Abstract: A micro pump having noise-reduced pressure-releasing structure includes a convergence plate, a valve sheet, a chamber plate, and a micro pump. The convergence plate has a convergence outlet and a discharge outlet. The valve sheet has a valve hole and a discharge recessed portion. The chamber plate has a recessed hole, a fluid determine hole, fluid through holes, and a receiving trough. The micro pump is in the receiving trough. During operation of the micro pump, the fluid is firstly transmitted to the fluid through hole and the fluid determine hole to push the valve sheet, and the fluid determine hole pushes the discharge recessed portion to block the discharge outlet. Then, since the pressure of the fluid at the fluid through hole pushes the valve sheet, the fluid flows through the valve hole so as to be discharged out from the convergence outlet.

Abstract: A blood pressure device includes a first blood pressure measuring device, a second blood pressure measuring device, and a controller. The outlet aperture is hollowed out from the gas outlet groove to the pressure relief surface and corresponding in position to the valve opening. The pressure relief hole is spaced apart from the gas outlet groove. The pressure relief trench is concavely formed from the pressure relief surface.

Abstract: A blood pressure measurement module includes a top cover, a micro pump, a driving circuit board, and a pressure sensor. The top cover has a gas inlet hole, an accommodation trough, and an outlet channel. An inner wall of the accommodation trough is recessed to form a gas collection chamber in communication with the gas inlet hole, and the outlet channel is connected to a gas bag. The pressure sensor is electrically connected to the driving circuit board. The driving circuit board covers the accommodation trough of the top cover. The operation of the micro pump is controlled by the driving circuit board. The gas is continuously guided to the outlet channel and is converged at the gas bag by the micro pump. When the pressure of the gas in the gas bag measured by the pressure sensor reaches a valve value, the micro pump stops its operation.

Abstract: A particle detecting device is provided. The particle detecting device includes a base, a detecting element, a micro pump and a drive control board. The base includes a detecting channel, a beam channel and a light trapping region. The detecting element includes a microprocessor, a particle sensor and a laser transmitter. The particle sensor is disposed at an orthogonal position where the detecting channel intersects the beam channel. When the micro pump, the particle sensor and the laser transmitter are enabled under the control of the microprocessor, the gas outside the detecting channel is inhaled into the detecting channel. When the gas flows to the orthogonal position where the detecting channel intersects the beam channel, the gas is irradiated by the projecting light source from the laser transmitter, and projecting light spots generated are projected on the particle sensor for detecting the size and the concentration of suspended particles.
