Abstract: A miniature fluid control device includes a gas inlet plate, a resonance plate and a piezoelectric actuator. The gas inlet plate includes at least one inlet, at least one convergence channel and a central cavity. A convergence chamber is defined by the central cavity. The resonance plate has a central aperture. The piezoelectric actuator includes a suspension plate, an outer frame and a piezoelectric ceramic plate. A gap is formed between the resonance plate and the piezoelectric actuator to define a first chamber. When the piezoelectric actuator is driven and after the gas is fed into the miniature fluid control device through the inlet of the gas inlet plate, the gas is sequentially converged to the central cavity through the convergence channel, transferred through the central aperture of the resonance plate, introduced into the first chamber, transferred downwardly through the piezoelectric actuator, and exited from the miniature fluid control device.

The gas detection module detects the gas in the environment surrounding the user to obtain a gas detection datum, and controls the gas guider to be operated according to the gas detection datum, so that gas is inhaled into the main body and flows through the purification module for filtration and purification, and the gas purified is finally guided to an area nearby the user.

Abstract: A fluid molecule system handled by artificial intelligence internet of things is provided. In the system, a requiring instruction of the digital data of the fluid molecule is transmitted to the artificial intelligence internet of things handling device by the user demand platform. By using self deep-learning analysis of data computing and algorithms of the AI device, an updated digital data is generated. The updated digital data is fed back to the micro pumps of the fluid detection device through the network. Accordingly, the actuating actions of the plurality of micro pumps and the detecting actions of the plurality of sensors can be generated. Hence, the actuation and the detection of the fluid molecule can be achieved more effectively.

Abstract: An actuating and sensing module is disclosed and includes a bottom plate, a gas pressure sensor, a thin gas transportation device and a cover plate. The bottom plate includes a pressure relief orifice, a discharging orifice and a communication orifice. The gas pressure sensor is disposed on the bottom plate and seals the communication orifice. The thin gas transportation device is disposed on the bottom plate and seals the pressure relief orifice and the discharging orifice. The cover plate is disposed on the bottom plate and covers the gas pressure sensor and the thin gas-transportation device. The cover plate includes an intake orifice. The thin gas transportation device is driven to inhale gas through the intake orifice, the gas is then discharged through the discharging orifice by the thin gas transportation device, and a pressure change of the gas is sensed by the gas pressure sensor.

Abstract: A blood pressure detection device manufactured by a semiconductor process includes a substrate, a microelectromechanical element, a gas-pressure-sensing element, a driving-chip element, an encapsulation layer and a valve layer. The substrate includes inlet apertures. The microelectromechanical element and the gas-pressure-sensing element are stacked and integrally formed on the substrate. The encapsulation layer is encapsulated and positioned on the substrate. A flowing-channel space is formed above the microelectromechanical element and the gas-pressure-sensing element. The encapsulation layer includes an outlet aperture in communication with an airbag. The driving-chip element controls the microelectromechanical element, the gas-pressure-sensing element and valve units to transport gas. The gas is introduced into the flowing-channel space through the inlet apertures and transported into the airbag through the outlet aperture, to inflate the airbag for blood pressure measurement, and a detection datum of blood pressure outputted by the gas-pressure-sensing element is transmitted to the microprocessor to calculate.

Abstract: A wearable display device is disclosed and includes a main body and a driving module. The main body includes a frame, two temple arms and at least one monitor. The two temple arms are respectively connected with two ends of the frame, and the monitor is disposed on the frame. Abstract: A micro pump is disclosed and includes a fluid-converging plate, a valve membrane, a fluid-outlet plate and a pump core module. The fluid-converging plate includes an inner recess, a protruding portion and a fluid-converging aperture. The protruding portion is disposed at a center of the inner recess. The valve membrane includes a valve aperture. The protruding portion of the fluid-converging plate abuts against the valve aperture. A fluid-converging chamber is formed between the valve membrane and the fluid-converging plate. The fluid-outlet plate in a ring shape includes a fluid-outlet channel. The valve aperture is in fluid communication with the fluid-outlet channel. When the fluid is inhaled into the pump core module, the fluid flows to the fluid-converging chamber through the fluid-converging aperture and then pushes out the valve membrane to flow into the fluid-outlet channel of the fluid-outlet plate through the valve aperture. Thereby the fluid transportation is achieved.

Abstract: An air detection system is provided and includes an intelligent device and an internet of things processing device. The intelligent device includes an inlet, an outlet, a gas-flowing channel, a control module and a gas detection module. The gas-flowing channel is disposed between the inlet and the outlet. The control module is disposed in the intelligent device and includes a processor and a transmission unit. The gas detection module is disposed in the gas-flowing channel and electrically connected to the control module. The gas detection module includes a piezoelectric actuator and at least one sensor. The piezoelectric actuator inhales gas into the gas-flowing channel through the inlet and discharges the gas through the outlet. The sensor detects the introduced gas to obtain gas information and transmits the gas information to the control module. The internet of things processing device is connected to the transmission unit of the intelligent device for receiving the gas information.

Abstract: A gas detecting module is provided. The gas detecting module includes a base, a piezoelectric actuator, a driving circuit board, a laser component, a particulate sensor and an outer cover. A gas-guiding-component loading regain and a laser loading region are separated by the base. By the design of the gas flowing path, the driving circuit board covering the bottom surface of the base, and the outer cover covering the surfaces of the base, an inlet path is collaboratively defined by the gas inlet groove of the base and the driving circuit board, and an outlet path is collaboratively defined by a gas outlet groove of the base, the outer cover and the driving circuit board. Consequently, the thickness of the gas detecting module is drastically reduced.
