Abstract:
A loyalty program operated in association with a television broadcast network, wherein reward content is provided along with television content (programming and/or advertising) to generate a television broadcast signal that is transmitted to a plurality of viewers. Each viewer may view or hear the reward content via their television receiver (or set top box, personal computer, etc.) along with the associated programming or advertisements, and as a result provide a reward response which may be a visit to a local merchant, a mail-in or call-in response, entered to a web site via the Internet, etc. Reward points, as well as prizes and product discounts may be provided as the reward to the viewer that provides the appropriate reward response. This program can be configured and adapted to provides incentives to viewers to visit certain merchants and sponsors, purchase certain products, view certain programs, and the like, based on the reward parameters employed.
Abstract:
A user selects a product to be liquidated from a product provider and then designates to the transacting entity that reward points are to be used towards the purchase of the liquidated product. The transacting entity acts to decrease the number of reward points in the user's reward account by the required number of points. The reward account holder conveys consideration to the transacting entity equivalent to the par value of the reward points. The consumer obtains the product in exchange for reward points having a retail value equivalent to what he would have otherwise paid for the product, while the reward account holder is required to convey only the par value of the points. The product provider is able to liquidate the product and obtain payment equivalent to what it would otherwise have obtained in a prior art liquidation process, auction or trading environment.
Abstract:
Modular electronic system for vehicle dashboards, interior roofs, and center consoles that includes a sleeve or frame adapted to engage with the vehicle and integrate with a housing adapted to be mated with the sleeve or frame. The sleeve or frame has an inner surface area, a first pair of power contacts arranged so as to be exposed on the inner surface area, and a power connector adapted to plug into a power supply receptacle located on the vehicle dashboard (such as a cigarette lighter receptacle). Wiring means is used for connecting the power connector to the first pair of power contacts. As a result, when the power connector is plugged into a power supply receptacle on the vehicle dashboard, electrical power from the vehicle is supplied to the pair of power contacts and electronics (such as a cell phone, audio/video entertainment device, computer, radar detector, etc.) within the housing are provided with power from the vehicle. This modular system allows a vehicle owner to install one such frame or sleeve and easily interchange housings to provide the functionality desired.
Abstract:
A system and method for operating a reward points accumulation and redemption program wherein a user earns reward points from a plurality of independent reward points issuing entities, with each tracking the user's earned reward points in a user reward point account stored on a rewards server (such as a frequent flyer account or a credit card loyalty account). A trading server accumulates some or all of the user's earned reward points from the reward servers and credits the accumulated points into a single reward exchange account associated with the user. The user may then select an item for purchase with the accumulated reward points. The item is provided to the user in exchange for a subset or all of the reward points.
Abstract:
The present invention discloses a system and method for preparing and delivering various precursor compositions as a replacement therapy for testosterone and other hormone deficiencies that naturally occur with aging in humans and other mammals. Precursor compositions are selected and designed for the purpose of formulating non-toxic therapeutic hormone supplement for oral consumption. The invention features low dose continuous supplementation to be incorporated with daily meals. The process of the present invention delivers an orally ingested substance, e.g., a food, supplement, etc., that contains an anti-aging formulation comprising a hormone precursor (prohormone) that is absorbed by the digestive system and secreted into the bloodstream with a second substance to facilitate its ingestion, absorption and delivery to the body's tissues.
Abstract:
The present invention discloses a system and method for increasing the lifespan and quality of life of human beings and other mammals. This discloses methods for preparing and delivering various health and longevity compositions. The compositions of the present invention are selected and designed for the purpose of efficiently delivering health and longevity enhancing therapies through oral supplementation, misting, nasal spray, suppository, etc. An existing compound known to have capacity for life extending potential, rapamycin, is combined with a non-toxic therapeutic anabolic hormone, e.g., DHEA, and cannabidiol (CBD) to enable absorption and effect. These three compounds work together to dramatically improve both the quality of life in aging humans and other mammals as well as extending the life of humans potentially up to 120 healthy years. One preferred embodiment provides a method for continuous low dose supplementation, e.g., incorporated in or with a daily meal. This invention not only resolves the issue of anti-aging of higher life forms, without toxicity, but provides for an improved method for absorption.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a process and method for the early detection and diagnosis of disease by reading and decoding volatile organic compounds (VOCs) for signatures associated with a specific disease. Urine is available as a diagnostic sample providing its off gas with VOCs for rapid screening from its outset, each disease begins producing its own unique set of volatile organic compounds. For many diseases, this early-stage detection may be many months or years before noticeable symptoms. The VOC emissions when analyzed, result in a “signature” that identifies and distinguishes the developing, or at later stages, the developed disease. The device assays non-invasively obtained biosamples in real-time to output a VOC based signature that, when correlated with data in a disease signature library, identifies one or more diseases associated with the sample.
Abstract:
A drone traffic management system comprising a computer comprising memory means for storing origin coordinates indicating an origin location of a drone, destination coordinates indicating a destination of the drone, and traffic management factors located between the origin location of the drone and the destination of the drone; and processing means for controlling the flight of a drone. This is accomplished by calculating a flight path for the drone to fly automatically from the origin location to the destination location without manual intervention, sending the flight path to the drone, receiving location data of the drone as it travels from the origin location to the destination, re-calculating the flight path of the drone as a function of the traffic management factors and the location data of the drone, and sending the re-calculated flight path to the drone.
Abstract:
A mobile device generates a purchase incentive for use at a merchant, by analyzing location data (GPS coordinate data or wi-fi location data) to determine its location, receive a selection input by a user of the mobile device that indicates a distance from the location of the mobile device within which the user would like to receive purchase incentives from merchants, determine a merchant within the distance input by the user, and generate a purchase incentive for use by the mobile device at the merchant.
Abstract:
Providing a purchase incentive to a mobile device based for example the user's location, predicted route of travel, and prior transactions. A tracking server computer determines a number of locations of a mobile device as it travels along a route and an associated timeframe when it is at each of the locations. The tracking server computer records the locations and associated timeframes in a location log and analyzes the location log to predict a subsequent location and associated timeframe that the mobile device will be at that location. The tracking server computer then determines a merchant proximate to the predicted subsequent location of the mobile device and generates a purchase incentive for use at the merchant and delivers the purchase incentive to the mobile device. In the alternative, the incentive may be generated by a merchant computer or the mobile device.
