    Abstract: Disclosed is a precise spatial motion device including: a motion unit including a plurality of drivers that do not contact each other and are elastically connected to each other; and a control unit that controls the drivers to drive in a six-degree-of-freedom manner and in three-dimensional space by controlling magnetic force. In accordance with the constructions of the present disclosure, the drivers are connected to each other in a non-contact and frictionless manner, and thus, driving may be performed in a six-degree-of-freedom manner and in three-dimensional space. Accordingly, position and attitude errors are not accumulated, whereby precise motion control may be achieved.

    Abstract: A linear motor for use in semiconductor processing apparatuses. The linear motor is a three axis linear motor that includes magnets that cover end turns of coil windings in order to utilize the end turns to generate a force along a second or third axis. The coil windings are positioned between two magnet arrays and each magnet array has a magnet, such as a voice coil motor (VCM) magnet, positioned along one side to cover the endturns and provide a magnetic flux. A VCM back iron is positioned to provide a magnetic flux return path for the VCM magnets. The structure in conjunction with a DC offset produces a useful force.

    Abstract: An electromagnetic motor includes a stator and an armature arranged to move substantially linearly relative to the stator in an intended direction during operation of the motor. A first and second flexure are connected to a first end of the armature. Each flexure has a longest portion which lies substantially in a plane that intersects a plane in which the armature lies at a substantially right angle. The flexures allow motion of the armature in the intended direction while resisting motion of the armature in one or more other degrees of freedom.

    Abstract: Described herein is a ball joints universal rotary motor, a manufacturing method and a working mechanism thereof. The ball joints universal rotary motor comprises a housing, a spherical-cap shaped stator body, and a rotor body configured to be secured within the stator body. The stator body is made from a permanent magnet. The rotor body comprises multiple layers of armatures and multiple spacer layers. The multiple layers of armatures are symmetrically distributed along the axis of the rotor body. A spacer layer is provided between two adjacent layers of armatures. The multiple layers of armatures and multiple spacer layers are securely connected by a bolt. The bolt and the rotor body are axially connected. The rotor body is of a spherical shape. Each layer of the armatures is wound with two layers of coils: a first layer and a second layer. The motor as provided is configured to realize movement in multiple directions. The present disclosure provides an embodiment of a motor with a pump assembly, and another embodiment of a motor without a pump assembly. Examples of applications of the present disclosure include joints and areas of an intelligent bionic robot, various industrial devices, and household appliances.
