Abstract:
A method for detecting a plurality of useful signals in a total signal. The useful signals correspond to radiofrequency signals emitted by different terminals in a multiplexing frequency band. A plurality of spectrograms calculated that have a compensated linear frequency drift and are respectively associated with different linear frequency drift values. For each analysis frequency and each spectrogram, time envelope filtering of the values is performed at the different times for analyzing the spectrogram at the analysis frequency using a filter representing a reference time envelope of the useful signals. A useful signal is detected at an analysis time and at an analysis frequency in response to a verification of a predefined detection criterion by the value from a spectrogram resulting from filtering at the analysis time and at the analysis frequency.

Abstract:
A segmented structure comprising at least two panels, one panel referred to as a main panel and at least one panel referred to as a secondary panel, together with at least one unfurling device able to bring a secondary panel into a storage position or into an unfurled position, the unfurling device comprising at least one strip fixed to the secondary panel and connected to the main panel, the strip being elastically preloaded into the storage position thereof so as to unfurl automatically and autonomously when relative movement between the secondary panel and the main panel becomes possible, so as to move the secondary panel.
Abstract:
A radiator for a satellite intended for being placed in geostationary orbit around the earth in a tilted plane relative to the plane of the ecliptic, includes at least one panel having at least one radiative surface, and including: a mounting foot supporting the panel; and control and motor elements for pivoting the mounting foot about an axis of rotation tilted relative to the radiative surface which is perpendicular to a radiation axis, the radiation axis and the axis of rotation being tilted relative to one another by a non-zero working angle, corresponding to the tilt angle of the plane of the orbit of the satellite relative to the plane of the ecliptic, the working angle being fixed, such that for any rotation of the mounting foot about the axis of rotation owing to the control and motor elements, the radiative surface remains parallel to the plane of the ecliptic.
Abstract:
A method for controlling the orbit of a satellite in earth orbit. The orbit of the satellite is controlled by commanding, according to a maneuver plan, a propulsion system having at least one thruster and a transporter to move the propulsion system. The maneuver plan includes at least two orbit-control maneuvers. The thrust powers of the propulsion system during the two orbit control maneuvers have respective thrust directions that are not parallel in an inertial frame of reference. Each thrust power is determined to simultaneously control the inclination and the position of the orbit of the satellite as well as to form a momentum that is suitable for unloading a device for storing angular momentum of the satellite in a plane orthogonal to the direction of thrust of the thrust power.
Abstract:
In order to detect congestion on a transmission link, endpoint items of network equipment are associated with congestion-detection applications. Per class of service, one application sends to the other control messages indicating volumes of data transmitted by the concerned item of network equipment via the transmission link. On reception of the control messages, the other application obtains information on volumes of data received by the other item of network equipment. By determining a first divergence in volumes of data transmitted between two control messages and a second divergence in volumes of data received, between two control messages, this other application is able to detect a situation of congestion on the transmission link occurring for one or more classes of service, and to generate an alarm signal accordingly.
Abstract:
A shaped charge comprising a containment shell, an explosive charge placed in the containment shell and having a V-shaped surface, a fuse placed behind the explosive charge, and a layer of projection material placed in front of the V-shaped surface of the explosive charge. A layer of pyrogenic material is used for heating the projection coating. This pyrogenic material can also be mixed with the explosive charge.
Abstract:
A method for optimizing the architecture of the power supply of a load, includes the following steps: determination of a mission profile (16) sizing according to the power required by the load over time; definition of the sources of energy storage for hybridization; association of a characteristic behavior model with each source of energy storage; determination of the couples of sources of energy storage that can generate the mission profile with a minimum mass; and determination, from the potential couples of sources of energy storage, of the couple with the weakest mass.
