Abstract: A vehicle headliner material includes a stiffening layer to prevent moisture penetration by reinforcing each side of a synthetic fiber layer. In this way, the synthetic fibers can be prevented from holding moisture, and thus safety accidents that may be caused by increased weight of the headliner material or permanent deforming of the headliner due to the headliner material that repeats holding and releasing moisture can be prevented. The vehicle headliner material is provided with improved formability, improved flexural strength, enhanced structural stiffness, and direct adhesion without an additional adhesive by including a synthetic resin in the synthetic fiber layer along with synthetic fibers and using a glass mat and thermoplastic resin sheets as constituent materials of each stiffening layer.

Abstract: The present invention is configured to detect whether sunlight that shines into an interior through a glass shines around eyes of a driver, detect an incident angle of the sunlight at the same time, and control an actuator to unfold a sun visor to block the sunlight which hinders a driving view of the driver, so that the driver can drive safely as the sun visor is automatically unfolded even without the driver manipulating the sun visor when there is a worry that the driving view of the driver will be hindered. In particular, the present invention can improve an effect of blocking the sunlight and allow the driver to drive safely by minimizing hindrance of a driving view of the driver by the sun visor by driving the actuator such that the sun visor is located to be perpendicular to an incident angle. In addition, the present invention is configured to block the sunlight by automatically operating an auxiliary sun visor when the sunlight shining around the eyes of the driver cannot be blocked using only the sun visor which rotates as described above, so that, even when an angle between the ground and the sun is small like when the sun sets or rises, an effect of blocking the sunlight is improved to allow the driver to drive safely.

Abstract: In the present invention, two hooks have a predetermined distance therebetween, portions, from which elastic arms extend, of the flanges formed on end portions of the hooks have curvatures each having a predetermined radius to provide a sufficient space in which the two hooks are deformed to face each other when the module clip is assembled or disassembled, an angle between the elastic arms, which are formed in pairs and perform a hooking operation while passing through and fitted into the coupling hole and then restored to an original state, is decreased, and soft grooves are formed in the flanges to allow the elastic arms to be easily deformed so that the elastic arms are easily coupled to the coupling hole using a small force when the elastic arms pass through the coupling hole to perform the hooking operation and, when the module clip is disassembled from the coupling hole in a state in which the hooking operation is performed, lengths of the elastic arms decrease, so that a greater force is required for allowing the elastic arms to be forcibly deformed and disassembled from the coupling hole, so as not to easily separate the elastic arms from the coupling hole.
