    Abstract: A mat fixing clip of a vehicle carpet that is configured to fix the clip to the carpet by one fastener and then to fix the fixed fastener in advance while being covered by another fastener, and doubly couples and fixes the clip to the carpet using these fasteners, thereby easily and quickly mounting the clip to the carpet to improve assembling characteristics, and fixes the clip twice to prevent the clip once mounted from being detached from the carpet and improve the coupling force. In particular, a mat fixing clip of a vehicle carpet that enables the two fasteners to fix the carpet in opposite directions, thereby being able to complement the coupling strength at the coupling site and further enhance the coupling strength.

    Abstract: A high stiffness waterproof roof panel pad for a vehicle, which is configured by stacking and laminating a waterproof reinforcing layer coated with PE layers on both surfaces of a urethane foam pad, thereby reinforcing the stiffness of a vehicle body panel, preventing the pad from becoming wet due to dew condensation and thus increasing noise and vibration reduction effects and having a waterproof function. Additionally, a method of manufacturing the waterproof roof panel pad includes preparing a hard urethane foam pad, preparing a waterproof reinforcing layer of which both surfaces are coated with PE layers, stacking the waterproof reinforcing layer on both surfaces of the urethane foam pad, laminating the PE layer in contact with the urethane foam pad and integrally forming the urethane foam pad and the waterproof reinforcing layer, and performing a cutting operation according to a shape and a size of a roof panel.

    Abstract: By configuring a table to be stored in a glove box and configuring the table to be used by opening the glove box and then pulling out the table, a passenger in a passenger seat may also use the table, and when not in use, the table may be stored in the glove box so as not to spoil the appearance and aesthetics of the vehicle interior. In particular, by configuring the table so that a fixed state thereof is immediately released when the table is pressed and an unfolded state is maintained when the table pulled out from the glove box is unfolded and then is pushed toward the front in a traveling direction of a vehicle, the table may be conveniently used by being immediately unfolded when needed through a configuration of being easily pressed by hand while having a simple structure. In addition, by configuring the table to be used with the glove box less open, a table of sufficient width may be secured so that the passenger in the passenger seat may conveniently use the table.

    Abstract: The present invention is configured to detect whether sunlight that shines into an interior through a glass shines around eyes of a driver, detect an incident angle of the sunlight at the same time, and control an actuator to unfold a sun visor to block the sunlight which hinders a driving view of the driver, so that the driver can drive safely as the sun visor is automatically unfolded even without the driver manipulating the sun visor when there is a worry that the driving view of the driver will be hindered. In particular, the present invention can improve an effect of blocking the sunlight and allow the driver to drive safely by minimizing hindrance of a driving view of the driver by the sun visor by driving the actuator such that the sun visor is located to be perpendicular to an incident angle. In addition, the present invention is configured to block the sunlight by automatically operating an auxiliary sun visor when the sunlight shining around the eyes of the driver cannot be blocked using only the sun visor which rotates as described above, so that, even when an angle between the ground and the sun is small like when the sun sets or rises, an effect of blocking the sunlight is improved to allow the driver to drive safely.

    Abstract: In the present invention, two hooks have a predetermined distance therebetween, portions, from which elastic arms extend, of the flanges formed on end portions of the hooks have curvatures each having a predetermined radius to provide a sufficient space in which the two hooks are deformed to face each other when the module clip is assembled or disassembled, an angle between the elastic arms, which are formed in pairs and perform a hooking operation while passing through and fitted into the coupling hole and then restored to an original state, is decreased, and soft grooves are formed in the flanges to allow the elastic arms to be easily deformed so that the elastic arms are easily coupled to the coupling hole using a small force when the elastic arms pass through the coupling hole to perform the hooking operation and, when the module clip is disassembled from the coupling hole in a state in which the hooking operation is performed, lengths of the elastic arms decrease, so that a greater force is required for allowing the elastic arms to be forcibly deformed and disassembled from the coupling hole, so as not to easily separate the elastic arms from the coupling hole.
