Abstract:
A method for making electronic cigarette cartridges. The method includes a step of making the cartridges along a dedicated production line. The step of making the cartridges includes a step of making a casing by assembling one or more components along a first stretch of the production line and a step of making an electric module by assembling one or more electronic elements along a second stretch of the production line. The steps of making the casing and the electric module are steps which are synchronized and independent relative to one another. Once the steps of making the casing and the electric module are complete, the method includes a step of assembling the casing with a respective electric module to obtain the finished cartridge along a shared third stretch of the production line.
Abstract:
A packet for tobacco products includes an inner container housing a group of tobacco products. A bottom wall is positioned at end portions of the tobacco products. An outer container houses the inner container slidably in parallel with axes of the tobacco products, thus allowing the inner container to slide between a retracted position, and an extracted or raised position. The bottom wall of the inner container forms a supporting portion abutting the end portion of one of the tobacco products. The top wall of the outer container includes an opening, and each sliding action of the inner container towards the raised position causes an axial movement towards the top wall of the outer container of the tobacco product abutting the supporting portion and causing a pickup portion of the tobacco product to come out through the opening in the outer container.
Abstract:
A packet for tobacco products, includes a mobile container to receive the tobacco products, and a box-shaped body, housing the mobile container such that the mobile container can slide relative to the box-shaped body between a position in which the mobile container is completely inserted in the box-shaped body and a position in which a part of it is extracted from the box-shaped body. Each mobile container includes an inner container housing a group of tobacco products, and an outer container housing the inner container slidably in parallel with axes of the tobacco products, thus allowing the inner container to slide between a retracted position, and an extracted or raised position, in which the inner container is positioned close to a top wall of the outer container and a portion of a tobacco product is accessible through an opening in the outer container.
Abstract:
A method for producing bags containing fiber material, comprises the steps of forming at least one continuous layer of fiber material; separating in succession portions of fiber material from the continuous layer and moving them along a predetermined path; feeding each portion of fiber material to respective containment and compaction elements of a first transfer conveyor; feeding an ordered succession of bags containing respective portions of fiber material to respective supporting elements of a second transfer conveyor; transferring the portions of fiber material from the first transfer conveyor inside respective containment bags carried by the second transfer conveyor; transferring the containment bags housing respective portions of fiber material from the respective supporting elements of the second transfer conveyor to a fourth transfer conveyor; and moving in succession the bags housing respective portions of fiber material to a folding unit at which the bags are closed.
Abstract:
A machine for making filled pasta comprises at least one station for preparing a strip of pasta sheet; a station for preparing a filling; a filling operation station, in communication with the station for preparing the strip of pasta sheet and with the station for preparing the filling, in which portions of filling are wrapped in corresponding portions of the strip of pasta sheet to form individual pieces of filled pasta; the station for preparing the filling comprises a feeder device for feeding the filling to the filling operation station; the feeder device comprises: a feed duct comprising an inlet and an outlet for the filling; a piston operating in the feed duct feeding the filling from the inlet to the outlet; an ultrasound generator provided with an ultrasound emitter applied to the feed duct for transmitting at least one vibration to the feed duct.
Abstract:
A method and an apparatus for filling capsules with loose material and for their sealing, in which the plates equipped with a plurality of housings designed to accommodate respective capsules are carried on after another, by conveyor devices, to a plurality of operating stations, at each of which the capsules relative to each plate are subjected to respective manipulations by at least one manipulating device; the plates being supported in a removable manner by the conveyor means, and at each operating station there being a device for locking the plates which can be activated by a management unit, for stopping at least one plate at a time at the operating station for a predetermined time for it to be manipulated by at least one manipulating device and for releasing at least one plate at a time at the end of the manipulating of the at least one manipulating device.
Abstract:
A cigarette packet includes a container containing a group of cigarettes and provided with an opening defining a zone giving access to the group of cigarettes. The container includes a covering element movable between a closed position and an open position which allows access to the zone giving access to the group of cigarettes. The packet includes a mirroring element located at the access zone and having a mirroring surface at least at one portion of it, and the covering element has at least one graphic sign at least at one portion of an inside surface. The portion of the inside surface is taken, when the packet is opened, to a condition where it substantially faces the mirroring surface, such that the graphic sign is reflected on the mirroring surface and is visible to a smoker.
Abstract:
An apparatus for filling trays with rod-shaped smokers articles comprises a station for filling the trays, a conveying apparatus for directing the smokers' articles in bulk to the filling station, a first conveyor assembly for directing the empty trays in succession to the filling station, and a second conveyor assembly for removing the full trays in succession from the filling station; the conveying apparatus has an outlet in communication with the filling station, and the apparatus comprises a delivery device for delivering the smokers' articles, in communication with the outlet and insertable into each tray to be filled, and a movement device for reciprocally moving the delivery device and each tray while the tray is being filled.
