Abstract: A spinning frame is connected to the winder through a delivery passage comprising conveyor belts, rotary disc and the like to form a closed loop. Cops are inserted independently on trays arranged on the delivery passage and are circulated along said closed loop in the state where they are vertically inserted. When the residual yarn-retaining bobbin is detected, the bobbin is re-circulated after required processes such as a pick finding operation.

Abstract: A cop supplying truck which runs along the individual winding units of an automatic winding machine is provided. The cop supplying truck travels while storing the cops accomodated in an individual cylindrical cop container and feeds the cops into a magazine of a winding unit without stopping at the individual winding units. The cop supplying truck is provided with a hole through which the cop falls onto the magazine. The cops are travelled and fed by means of a first conveyer device which works to successively convey the cop containers toward the falling hole, a device which takes one of the cop container while the cop supplying truck passes over the empty magazine, and a second conveyer device which so works that a cop in the taken-out cop container is only allowed to fall into the magazine through the falling hole.

Abstract: This apparatus is used for splicing the ends of the spun yarn by inserting the yarn ends into an air jet nozzle having one or a plurality of air jet pipes, in which they are doubled and subjected to an air jet to join each other. Yarn end cutting and holding devices for the top yarn and the bottom yarn are disposed at the both ends of a yarn inserting hole of the air jet nozzle. An automatic yarn inserting device may be provided with the apparatus to introduce the yarn ends into the yarn inserting hole and into the yarn end cutting and holding devices.
