    Abstract: A custom roof top cargo carrier kit is disclosed that enables an end user to assemble and mount a cargo carrier demonstrating a desired custom length suitable for a variety of roof top mounting. The carrier utilizes multiple side rail segments in a wide range of predetermined lengths enabling assembly of cargo carriers having a wide range of fore/aft length while, at the same time, enabling the kit to be packaged in a relatively compact form. The custom roof top cargo carrier utilizes tubular shaped side rail segments joined via centrally placed assembly studs aligned with the longitudinal axis of each segment so as to form complete side rails. This means of affixation provides a solid butt joint yielding increased resistance to forces that ordinarily cause failure of prior art side rails.

    Abstract: According to one embodiment, a graphics/video processor includes a memory controller. The memory controller includes a first arbiter that receives memory client requests to access a memory device, and a first memory buffer coupled to the first arbiter. The first arbiter stores client requests that are selected by the first arbiter. The memory controller also includes a second arbiter coupled to the first memory buffer and a second memory buffer coupled to the second arbiter. The second arbiter receives requests from the memory client requests stored in the first memory buffer. The second memory buffer stores the client requests selected by the second arbiter. Further, the memory controller includes a third arbiter coupled to the second memory buffer. The third arbiter provides access of the memory device to the client requests stored in the second memory buffer.

    Abstract: An improvement on the structure of a measuring tape device is that a magnetic mechanism is secured at the distal end of a measuring tape. The magnetic mechanism is not placed onto the leg piece of the hook member and thus is not formed as part of the body of the hook member of the measuring tape. The front end of the magnetic mechanism is placed in alignment with the “0” cm mark on the measuring tape. During measuring process of an object of measurement and a designated point, the magnetic mechanism allows the measuring tape to be magnetically attached to the surface of the object and anchored at the exact starting point of measurement, and therefore, the measuring precision will not be skewed because of thickness of the hook member or because of the gap caused by the movable mechanics of the hook member.

    Abstract: A one way wheel assembly of the present invention includes a first wheel, a second wheel, and a telescoping device pivotally connected to the first wheel and the second wheel respectively. The telescoping device provides a tolerance that first wheel may move toward the second wheel and touch it.
