Abstract: A pipette based on surface charges includes a pipette body. A plurality of support rods are provided below the pipette body. Connecting rods are provided at the lower ends of two adjacent support rods. A substrate is provided between the connecting rods. A porous SiO2 coating is provided on the substrate. A hydrophobic molecule layer is provided on the surface coating by the vapor deposition method. A superamphiphobic surface is formed on the substrate by the surface coating and the hydrophobic molecule layer. The substrate and the surface coating are made of dielectric materials. A circular limit plate is provided above the pipette body. The pipette body, the support rods, the connecting rods and the limit plate are integrally formed, and are electrically non-conductive. An electrically conductive sliding rod is movably provided within the pipette body and the limit plate.

A problem of dependency rate distortion optimization based on a temporal domain distortion propagation is induced again according to a temporal domain dependency relationship under an LD structure and a distortion propagation analysis under a skip mode and an inter mode; and an aggregation distortion of a current coding unit and an affected future coding unit are estimated and a propagation factor of a coding unit in a temporal domain distortion propagation model is calculated by constructing a time propagation chain, wherein a Lagrange multiplier is adjusted through an accurate propagation factor to realize a temporal domain dependency rate distortion optimization, and an I frame is subjected to a secondary coding technology to realize the temporal domain dependency rate distortion optimization of the I frame.

Abstract: The methods of gate extraction and injection FET and channel carrier quantity control related to microelectronics technology and semiconductor technology. The gate extraction and injection FET of the invention is provided with a source, a drain, a gate and a channel semiconductor area on the insulating layer. A gate dielectric layer is arranged between the gate and the channel semiconductor region, wherein, the gate dielectric layer is a thin film material with resistance values of 103-1016Ω and the channel semiconductor region is a two-dimensional semiconductor or a three-dimensional semiconductor with two-dimensional semiconductor material characteristics (1-10 cellular crystal layers). The advantages of the invention are that the power consumptions of the devices and the integrated circuits can be greatly reduced by a few orders of magnitude.

Abstract: A design method for an intelligent reflecting surface (IRS) aided terahertz secure communication system is provided. The IRS aided terahertz multi-input single-output (MISO) system includes a base station (BS) equipped with NBS antennas, an IRS equipped with NIRS reflecting elements, a single-antenna user and a single-antenna eavesdropper. The BS transmits signals by the active hybrid beamforming to the relay of the IRS, and the IRS adjusts the signals and reflects the signals to the mobile user, which suppresses the received signal of the eavesdropper. The present invention maximizes the downlink secrecy rate by establishing a joint optimization function and maximizes the system data transmission rate by a cross-entropy based search method.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for controlling a toe-end sliding sleeve in a horizontal well based on efficient decoding communication. The method comprises the following steps: forming a pressure wave signal by adjusting and controlling a pressure value in a wellbore according to a first preset encoding manner; acquiring a pressure value change signal in the wellbore, determining a reference time by using an STA/LTA method, and predicting pressure value to acquire a predicted pressure value signal curve; identifying a toe-end sliding sleeve control command in the acquired pressure wave signal by using a first preset decoding manner based on the fitness between the acquired pressure value signal curve and the predicted pressure value signal curve; and driving the toe-end sliding sleeve to perform actions according to the toe-end sliding sleeve control command. The method disclosed by the present invention is simple to operate, low in communication error rate, and aimed to solve the technical problems of complicated system of wellbore pressure test and sliding sleeve joint operation, high operation complexity, high bit error rate of pressure pulse communication, and long code element transmission time in the existing solutions in the prior art.

Abstract: A system maps and stores data in digital three-dimensional oscilloscope, wherein an ADC module has four ADC submodules. Four acquired waveform data are sent to an extraction module, and buffered in a FIFO module. When a trigger signal arrives, FIFO module outputs four extracted waveform data to a mapping address calculation module for calculating a mapping address and a RAM serial number for each point data, and the waveform data comparison and control module performs the reading and writing control of the 4×N dual port RAMs. When mapping number reaches a frame number, the RAM array module outputs its waveform probability values to the upper computer module to convert each value into RBG values, and the display module displays the waveforms of input signals of four channels on a screen according the RBG values.

Abstract: A method for thinning and connection in linear object extraction from an image and including the following steps: 1. extracting direction features using various sliding windows from the binary image obtained of linear objects. 2. decomposing the binary image into several binary image layers according to the direction features. 3. extracting thinned curves and endpoints of each binary image layer by conducting curve fitting on each connected component using coordinate information. 4. connecting the thinned curves by computing spatial distances between the endpoints belonging to different thinned curves, angles between the tangential direction and connected direction vectors of the connected points. Finally, the road network image is constructed by overlaying image layers with the thinned curves.
