Abstract: Interference measurement may include decoding a channel state information (CSI) reporting configuration received from a base station. The CSI reporting configuration may be associated with a set of resources for interference measurement. The first UE may be in communication with at least a first transmission and reception point (TRP) of a plurality of TRPs and at least a second TRP of the plurality of TRPs may also be in communication with a second UE that creates cross-link interference for the first UE. At the first UE, a cross-link interference measurement associated with the second UE may be performed using the CSI reporting configuration.

The UE may secure a COT and when the COT is initiated by PSFCH type 1 channel access, the COT may not be shared with other UEs, the COT may be shared with a corresponding UE, or the COT may be shared with UEs expecting feedback during the COT.

Abstract: Systems, methods, and circuitries are provided for supporting blind retransmission. In one example, a method includes processing control information that indicates resources for communication of a physical downlink shared channel or a physical uplink shared channel (PDSCH/PUSCH) transmission and timing information for a retransmission of the PDSCH/PUSCH. The method includes configuring operation to: receive the PDSCH/PUSCH transmission based on the resources; and determine that a subsequent PDSCH/PUSCH received at a subsequent time corresponds to the retransmission of the PDSCH/PUSCH when the subsequent time coincides with the indicated timing information for the retransmission and, in response combine the PDSCH/PUSCH with the retransmission in a HARQ buffer for decoding purposes.

The UE receives a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) resource configuration from the base station, wherein the PUCCH resource configuration includes a plurality of PUCCH resources, receives a signal from the base station based on which one of the plurality of PUCCH resources is activated, performs a beam switching operation to change a transmission beam to a beam corresponding to the activated PUCCH resource and transmits periodic uplink (UL) data using the beam corresponding to the activated PUCCH resource.

Abstract: A reduced capacity (redcap) device may perform initial uplink communications, including transmitting a redcap physical uplink control channel (R-PUCCH), over an initial uplink bandwidth part (BWP) shared with a second device, the initial uplink BWP having a bandwidth (BW) larger than a maximum BW supported by the redcap device and smaller than or equal to a maximum BW supported by the second device. Frequency hopping operation for the redcap device may be supported for the R-PUCCH transmission through frequency division multiplexing and/or time division multiplexing settings for the resources used for the R-PUCCH transmission, and for PUCCH transmission by the second device. Restrictions may be implemented to create a gap for redcap devices to perform RF retuning between a physical RACH transmission and a subsequent physical control channel (e.g. PDCCH) monitoring for random access reception when the frequency gap is larger than the maximum BW supported by the redcap device.

Abstract: Methods and devices for a UE to multiplex uplink control information (UCI). The UE establishes a connection with a base station. The UE determines whether to multiplex first UCI by first identifying whether intra-priority timing overlap exists between the timing resources of the first UCI and a PUSCH with the same priority. Subsequently, the UE identifies whether inter-priority timing overlap exists between the timing resources of the first UCI and a second PUCCH with a different priority from the first PUCCH. Finally, the UE identifies whether the timing resources of the first UCI overlap with a second PUSCH with a different priority than the first PUCCH. The UE multiplexes the first UCI based on the determination whether to multiplex the first UCI, and transmits the multiplexed first UCI to the base station.

Abstract: Some aspects of this disclosure relate to apparatuses and methods for apparatuses and methods for providing continuous communication services for a user equipment (UE) connected to a non-terrestrial network (NTN) and/or one or more satellites providing cellular coverage. The UE may receive a list of neighbor cells from a serving cell, which may be a satellite moving relative to the Earth and having a moving coverage area. After receiving the list of neighbor cells, the UE may sort the list to prioritize the neighbor cells. This sorting may be based on a calculated distance between the UE and each of the neighbor cells. The UE may sequentially perform a synchronization and measurement process with each of the neighbor cells or a subset of the neighbor cells based on the prioritization order. The UE may then establish communications with a target cell from the prioritized list to maintain continuity.
