    Abstract: According to one embodiment, a liquid crystal display device includes a first area, second area, liquid crystal layer, and a plurality of pixels. Each subpixel includes an opening area including a first opening area and a second opening area. The pixels include a first pixel positioned in the first area and a second pixel positioned over a boundary of the first area and the second area. The opening area of the second pixel is smaller than the opening area of the first pixel when opening areas of subpixels of same color are compared. An each imaginary line showing the boundary of the first opening area and the second opening area is a same straight line.

    Abstract: According to one embodiment, a display device comprising a base, a first insulating layer, a first lower electrode, a second lower electrode, a first wiring, a second insulating layer disposed on the first wiring, a first organic layer disposed on the first lower electrode, a second organic layer disposed on the second lower electrode, a first separation wall disposed on the second insulating layer, and an upper wiring disposed continuously on the first organic layer, the second organic layer, and the first separation wall, wherein the upper wiring is electrically connected to the first wiring via a contact hole that penetrates the first separation wall and the second insulating layer.

    Abstract: According to one embodiment, a display device includes a base, a display unit containing pixels, a power supply circuit, a touch controller and a switching circuit disposed between the display unit, the power supply circuit and the touch controller. The pixels each includes a pixel circuit and a display element including a lower electrode connected to the pixel circuit, an upper electrode disposed to oppose the lower electrode and an organic layer including a light-emitting layer disposed between the lower electrode and the upper electrode. The upper electrode is connected to the switching circuit, and the switching circuit selectively switches between connecting the upper electrode to the power supply circuit and connecting the upper electrode to the touch controller.
