Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive, a signal indicating a configuration for the UE to report channel state information (CSI) associated with a first set of reference signals. In some examples, the UE may receive a set of reference signals less than the first set and evaluate one or more rules for generating a CSI report based on receiving the set of reference signals. In some examples, the UE may refrain from generating the CSI report if none of the reference signals from the first set are received. In some examples, the UE may refrain from generating the CSI report of at least one reference signal is missing from the first set. In some examples, the UE may refrain from generating the CSI report if a threshold number of reference signals are missing from the first set.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A frequency band configuration for a full-duplex slot may be indicated, where a frequency band configuration may include one or more downlink frequency bands and one or more uplink frequency bands. In some cases, a frequency band configuration may also include one or more guard bands. A user equipment (UE) may determine the frequency band configuration for a full-duplex slot based on a frequency configuration indication, which may include an index for a table of frequency band configurations, one or more bitmaps, or respective start and length indications for each frequency band. A frequency band configuration may apply to one slot or to multiple slots.

Abstract: Symbol alignment and power scaling are provided for different length transmission time intervals (TTIs) within predefined boundaries, such as boundaries of a slot of a subframe. Described techniques provide for identifying time and/or frequency resources for one or more TTIs and allocating such resources based on a location within a subframe, pilot signals that may be transmitted using the resources, other processing timelines, or any combination thereof. In some cases, a power allocation for symbols within a TTI may be determined based on the allocated resources for the TTI. Frequency hopping patterns and power scaling for three-symbol TTIs are also provided.

Abstract: Systems and methods in which one or more wireless communication stations implement duplex-mode remediation to facilitate the signal communication when an issue with respect to self-interference is identified are described. Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A base station and a user equipment (UE) may communicate in a high reliability and low latency communications system (e.g., ultra-reliable low latency communications (URLLC)). The base station may signal a UE-specific scheduling request (SR) repetition configuration that the UE may utilize to transmit an instantaneous SR when a buffer status report (BSR) is triggered by a new data packet. The UE may repeatedly transmit the SR until a number of repetitions or a time period of repetitions is met or an uplink grant is received from the base station. The SR repetition configuration may include a number of parameters including a repetition setting, power settings, a resource allocation, and an acknowledgement/negative acknowledgment (ACK/NACK) procedure.

Abstract: Full-duplex communication techniques are described. Some aspects may utilize full-duplex-slot formats, such as may be provided in addition to or in the alternative to uplink, downlink, and flexible slot formats. A full-duplex slot implemented in accordance with a full-duplex-slot format provides a slot in which the frequency band may be used for both uplink and downlink transmissions. Downlink and/or uplink transmissions of a full-duplex slot may occur in overlapping frequency bands or in adjacent frequency bands. A first wireless device may transmit slot signaling comprising one or more full-duplex-slot-indicator parameters. A second wireless device may base one or more full-duplex slot configuration determinations on a full-duplex-slot configuration. The second wireless device may apply one or more full-duplex-slot-indicator-parameter rules with respect to full-duplex-slot-indicator parameters for determining a full-duplex-slot format. The UE may identify an uplink subframe for transmission of the uplink communication based at least in part on whether the uplink communication has been dynamically scheduled or semi-statically configured, and based at least in part on a downlink-reference uplink-downlink configuration. Abstract: A user equipment (UE) may be configured to generate a preamble of a first message associated with a random access channel (RACH) procedure, such as a two-step RACH procedure. The UE may be further configured to determine an identifier (ID) associated with the UE based on at least one of an ID associated with the preamble or a port index associated with a demodulation reference signal (DMRS). The UE may generate a payload of the first message that indicates the ID associated with the UE. The UE may then transmit the first message to a base station to initiate the RACH procedure. Potentially, the UE may receive a second message from the base station responsive to the first message, and the second message may confirm the ID associated with the UE.

Abstract: Generally, the described techniques provide for efficiently transmitting uplink signals to a base station using shared antennas associated with different power classes. A first device may be in communications with a base station using local antennas and may identify a second device having auxiliary antennas available for transmitting uplink signals to the base station. The local and auxiliary antennas may be associated with different power classes, and the first device may transmit a message to a base station indicating that the first device is capable of transmitting using antennas associated with different power classes. The first device may then receive configurations from a base station of different transmit powers to transmit on the antennas associated with the different power classes, and the first device may transmit uplink signals to the base station in accordance with the different transmit power configurations.
