Abstract: The present invention discloses a system and method for improving the quality of life in canines and other domesticated animals. As animals age testosterone and other supportive hormones diminish causing reduced activity, a lack of mobility, decreased bone density, and general well-being. Precursor compositions are selected and designed for the purpose of formulating non-toxic therapeutic hormone supplements for oral consumption. The process and method of this invention is comprised of therapies produced from two or more selected non-toxic prohormones that combine during digestion and delivered through a chewable and edible gummy treat. As such there is no requirement for changing the subject's current diet. The present invention features a continuous low dose supplementation to be incorporated daily whereby dosages are correlated according to the subject's age, weight, sex, and breed. The beneficial results of the present invention are achieved through the absorption of the prohormones in the composition into the bloodstream effecting delivery to all cells including those specific cells where the conversion enzymes are activated by the organism's needs. The delivery and transport of inactive prohormones minimizes liver toxicity since the precursors are carried through the hepatic portal system to and through the liver and into general circulation in inactive forms.

Abstract: A drone traffic management system comprising a computer comprising memory means for storing origin coordinates indicating an origin location of a drone, destination coordinates indicating a destination of the drone, and traffic management factors located between the origin location of the drone and the destination of the drone; and processing means for controlling the flight of a drone. This is accomplished by calculating a flight path for the drone to fly automatically from the origin location to the destination location without manual intervention, sending the flight path to the drone, receiving location data of the drone as it travels from the origin location to the destination, re-calculating the flight path of the drone as a function of the traffic management factors and the location data of the drone, and sending the re-calculated flight path to the drone.

Abstract: This invention teaches systems and methods for identifying, targeting and destroying cancer cells with a cell-killing vector attracted to signature elements common to most cancer cells. As cells progress from a normal to a cancerous state their accelerated metabolic rates and adapted pathways generate excess amounts of H+ (resulting in a locally reduced pH) along with a higher heat signature that can serve as a targeting beacon for a specialized cell killing vectors such as a virus and/or a liposome. The cancer cell's heat/pH signature in large part is due to the cell's decreased reliance on mitochondria and the mitochondrial electron transport chain. A lactate overload built up using the alternative ATP generation pathway must be excreted by the cell. Co-transport of H+/lactate is accomplished mainly through a mono-carboxylate transporter 4 protein (MCT4). The present invention while using the pH/heat signature as a delivery adjunct increases targeted killing effectiveness by improving the cell killer vector targeting with a protein capable of binding MCT4. The higher concentration of vector in contact with the targeted cells enhances the heat and pH associated delivery of lethal agents.

Abstract: A system and method for treating acute migraine events utilizing multiple sensory/receptive channels (olfactory, audio, visual and other sensory receptors) to both treat and optimize delivery to the afflicted sites in the brain. One of the primary migraine treatment methods includes a composition delivered through the olfactory system. Absorption through the nasal membranes is rapid and avoids delays and dilution inherent in methods using the mouth and gastro-intestinal (GI) processing. Effective, but less preferred methods that avoid GI delays and dilution include delivery as eyedrops or as an intravenous infusion. The effective composition comprises a caffeinic substance to bind and antagonize adenosine receptors in the brain. This immediately blocks continued action of adenosine to dilate the afflicted vessels and inflict pain. The composition also incorporates cannabinolic substances which work simultaneously or in parallel using the body's natural endocannabinoid pathways to rebalance and control blood flow to minimize swelling and pain. Additional features may incorporate additional active components. One available feature may incorporate a recipient/patient control modulus where the patient adjusts treatment using a feedback device such as a stimulation button to increase or adjust delivery. Another additional feature comprises one or more essential oils. Although some essential oil compositions may themselves include one or more compounds that contribute to the desired cannabinolic effects, adding essential oils even those lacking an inherent cannabinolic effect can contribute to effective treatment. Fragrant inclusions in an essential oil additive may provide a calming stimulation to the olfactory system that supports reduced tension and relaxation and thereby removes a tension induced exacerbation of migraine progression.

Abstract: This invention provides tools and methods that prevent a cancer cell from growing and reproducing more cancer cells. When growth ceases the body's immune defenses are enabled to attack and destroy these cells if the cancer cell itself has not initiated its own natural apoptotic self-destruction processes. The tools and methods of the invention obstruct the metabolic adaptions required to support cancer growth. By addressing the increased rates of metabolism characteristic of all rapidly reproducing cancer cells using chemical and/or physical nanotechnology to identify, segregate, isolate these hypermetabolizing cells, the body's immune system and other natural defenses are empowered to further isolate and eliminate the diseased cells. The extreme growth rates required for their rapid reproduction involve massively increased rates of the biochemical reactions supporting the cancerous growth. Each excess reaction produces extra heat and raises the internal cell's temperature and the tissue space immediate to the rapidly growing cells. This heat signature is used as a primary biomarker that enables binding of a nanoviral particle engineered to migrate to at attach at the target site at the site and prevent the cell from continued metabolism. Preferably, the nanoparticle not only binds and blocks external membrane receptors on the target cell, but incorporates into the rapidly metabolizing cells additional metabolic blocking agents to stop their growth. When cell growth and proliferation are stopped, the body's natural defenses are able to segregate and eliminate these cells. The massively increased rates of metabolic reactions characteristic of cancer cells also produce excess acid. The decreased pH is useful as a secondary or confirmatory marker for identifying these cancer cells.
