    Abstract: Methods and apparatuses for facilitating the discovery and setup of multiple peer-to-peer (P2P) direct links for P2P communications between peer multi-link devices (MLDs). A first non-access point (AP) MLD comprises first stations (STAs), each comprising a transceiver configured to form a link with a corresponding AP of an AP MLD, and a processor. The processor is configured to generate a first message that includes information indicating that one or more of the links are target links on which the first non-AP MLD intends to establish a P2P direct link with second STAs of a second non-AP MLD, wherein the second STAs are associated with the corresponding AP of the AP MLD on the target links. The transceiver of a first of the first STAs is further configured to transmit the first message to the corresponding AP of the AP MLD over the link.

    Abstract: Methods and apparatuses for facilitating restricted TWT operation between multi-link devices (MLDs) across multiple links under non-simultaneous transmit/receive (NSTR) constraints. A non-access point (AP) MLD comprises a processor and stations (STAs), each comprising a transceiver configured to form links with APs of an AP MLD. First and second links form an NSTR link pair subject to NSTR constraints. First and second target wake time (TWT) schedules that have first and second TWT service periods (SPs), respectively, and associated first and second sets of traffic identifiers (TIDs), respectively, are established on the first and second links, respectively. The first and second TWT SPs have an overlapping portion. The processor is configured to determine, based on characteristics of the sets of TIDs, scheduling for traffic on the first and second links during the overlapping portion of the TWT SPs such that the NSTR constraints are not violated.

    Abstract: Methods and apparatuses for triggering of uplink (UL) transmissions based on traffic identifiers (TIDs) in a wireless local area network. A station (STA) comprises a transceiver and a processor operably coupled to the transceiver. The transceiver is configured to receive, from an access point (AP), a trigger frame that includes an indication that the trigger frame is configured for TID-based triggering of UL transmissions. The processor is configured to identify, based on receipt of the trigger frame, at least one TID for which UL transmission is triggered, determine whether UL traffic corresponding to the at least one TID is ready for transmission, and generate, based on the UL traffic being ready for transmission, a UL physical protocol data unit (PPDU) from the UL traffic. The transceiver is further configured to transmit, to the AP, the UL PPDU.

    Abstract: Methods and apparatuses for performing multi-access point (MAP) coordination. A method for an AP includes transmitting to a first STA during a TXOP in a first TWT SP based on parameters of a first TWT operation, and receiving, from the first STA, an interference notification message about interference caused by a second AP in the MAP coordinating set of APs. The method further includes transmitting, to the second AP, a MAP coordination announcement that includes an indication that the first AP has obtained the TXOP and the parameters of the first TWT operation. The method further includes receiving, from the second AP, a MAP coordination response that indicates capabilities of the second AP and determining, based on the MAP coordination response, whether to perform MAP coordination with the second AP during the TXOP or to modify the parameters of the first TWT operation based on the interference notification message.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide methods and apparatuses for facilitating broadcast target wake time (TWT) operation in a wireless local area network. The apparatuses include a non-access point (AP) multi-link device (MLD) comprising a transceiver and a processor operably coupled to the transceiver. The processor is configured to perform a multi-link (ML) setup operation with an AP MLD to set up links between the STAs affiliated with the non-AP MLD and corresponding APs affiliated with the AP MLD, negotiate a broadcast TWT agreement over a first link between a first STA and a first AP of the AP MLD, wherein the broadcast TWT agreement is for a shared TWT session including a group of the links, and after the broadcast TWT agreement is successfully negotiated, apply the broadcast TWT agreement to the group of links.
