    Abstract: This disclosure relates to a system and method for producing a personalized earphone unit forming a comfort fit with ears of a user. The system comprises a mobile application installed in an electronic communication device and/or a website accessible by any networkable device for capturing images and video of the ears of the user. The images and video may be examined automatically using the mobile application and/or the website, and the video and/or images are uploaded to a server. The server stores and processes the images and video and sends them to a three dimensional printer unit for generating the personalized earphone unit. Audio electronic components are added to the personalized earphone unit for creating a functional and custom fit personalized earphone unit for an individual user that fit well into the ears. The system allows sharing and marketing of a plurality of designs and products of the earphone unit.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a device and method for diagnosing an audio circuitry, which is applied to a mobile terminal and its earphone. Both of the mobile terminal and its earphone include: a MIC circuit and a sounding circuit, wherein, this device includes: a MIC Circuit Diagnosis Module and a Sounding Circuit Diagnosis Module; A MIC Circuit Diagnosis Module is used for obtaining an amplitude and frequency of a sine wave signal sampled by the MIC circuit, determining whether the MIC circuit is qualified or not according to the amplitude and frequency and outputting the sine wave signal. A Sounding Circuit Diagnosis Module includes: a converter plate with a MIC circuit and a processor; the converter plate is used for sampling an analog signal output by the sounding circuit, converting the analog signal into a digital signal and sending it to a processor; and the processor is used for analyzing and processing the amplitude and frequency of the digital signal and determining whether the sounding circuit is qualified or not. According to the technical scheme provided by the present invention, the quality problem existing in the audio circuitry module of the mobile terminal can be solved, so as to reduce users' complaints and improve the customer satisfaction.

    Abstract: A speaker assembly has a speaker housing and one or more clamping subassemblies, with each subassembly including a drive dog, a clamping dog with a dogleg, a compression spring, and a dog screw, and with each subassembly capable of transitioning between four positions. In a parked position, the entire clamping subassembly is housed in the speaker housing with the compression spring in a compressed state between drive dog and the clamping dog. By rotating the dog screw, the clamping subassembly is transitioned to a ready-to-release position where the dogleg of the clamping dog extends out of the speaker housing. By pushing the dog screw, the clamping subassembly is transitioned to a released position, where the compression spring forces the clamping dog away from the drive dog.
