Abstract: A method for controlling a vapour compression system (1) is disclosed. Malfunctioning of a gas bypass valve (8) is registered. An actual opening degree of the gas bypass valve (8) is derived, and a target opening degree of the gas bypass valve (8) is derived, based on one or more control parameters of the vapour compression system (1). The actual opening degree is compared to the target opening degree, and the vapour compression system (1) is controlled based on the comparison, and in order to match a mass flow of gaseous refrigerant through the gas bypass valve (8) to the actual opening degree of the gas bypass valve (8).

Abstract: The invention relates to a method for configuring, on a control unit, operating parameters of a plurality of devices of a refrigeration system. A user selects on the control unit, among the plurality of devices of the refrigeration system, a first device to configure. Information of valid configurable operating parameters of the first device is provided on the control unit. The user selects at least one of the valid configurable operating parameters of the first device, thereby configuring the first device. Information stored about operating parameters of other devices of the refrigeration system, based on the configuration of the first device, is then provided on the control unit. Finally, the user confirms, on the control unit, one or more operating parameters of one or more of the other devices, thereby configuring the one or more other devices. The invention also relates to a control unit and a refrigeration system.

Abstract: A solenoid valve includes a housing, having an inlet and an outlet, wherein the solenoid valve also includes a valve element and a valve seat. To provide a solenoid valve to be used with high maximum operating pressure differences between inlet and outlet, the solenoid valve includes at least one progressive spring, wherein the valve element is forced by the at least one progressive spring. Thereby, the spring force acting on the valve element in the closed position of the valve may be decreased, while still retaining a large spring force in the opened position of the solenoid valve.

Abstract: The invention relates to a capsule for a valve as well as to a valve comprising such a capsule. The task of the present invention is to provide a valve in which tight tolerances for construction can be achieved and the assembly of the valve is simplified. The above task is also solved by a valve (10) comprising a valve housing (15), wherein a capsule (1) of the above kind is arranged in the valve housing (15).

Abstract: A method for controlling a vapour compression system (1) is disclosed. The vapour compression system (1) comprises an ejector (6) and a liquid separating device (10) arranged in a suction line. At least one evaporator (9) is allowed to be operated in a flooded state. A flow rate of refrigerant from the liquid separating device (10) to the secondary inlet (15) of the ejector (6) is detected, and it is determined whether or not the flow rate is sufficient to remove liquid refrigerant produced by the evaporator(s) (9) being allowed to be operated in a flooded state from the liquid separating device (10). In the case that it is determined that the flow rate of refrigerant from the liquid separating device (10) to the secondary inlet (15) of the ejector (6) is insufficient to remove liquid refrigerant produced by the evaporator(s) (9), the flow rate of refrigerant from the liquid separating device (10) to the secondary inlet (15) of the ejector (6) is increased, and/or a flow rate of liquid refrigerant from the evaporator(s) (9) to the liquid separating device (10) is decreased.
