Abstract: The present invention provides an actually-measured marine environment data assimilation method based on sequence recursive filtering three-dimensional variation. The method includes: preprocessing actually-measured marine environment data; calculating a target function value; calculating a gradient value of a target function; calculating a minimum value of the target function; extracting space multi-scale information from the actually-measured data; and updating background field data to form a final data assimilation analysis field. The present invention improves the traditional recursive filtering three-dimensional variation method, and sequentially assimilates information with different scales, thereby effectively overcoming the problem that multi-scale information cannot be effectively extracted by a traditional three-dimensional variation method. A high-order recursive Gaussian filter is used, and a cascaded form of the high-order recursive filter is converted into a parallel structure, so that the recursive filtering process of the recursive Gaussian filter can be executed in parallel, and many problems caused by a cascaded filter are overcome.

Abstract: A polypyrrole-graphene/polyurethane antifouling coating as well as a preparation method and an application thereof are provided. The polypyrrole-graphene/polyurethane antifouling coating includes component A and component B, wherein the component A mainly includes the following raw materials in parts by weight: 500 parts of group-hydrolyzable polyurethane prepolymer, 25-50 parts of bentonite, 25-50 parts of titanium dioxide, 60-120 parts of zinc oxide, 15-30 parts of talcum powder, and 15-30 parts of polypyrrole-graphene nanofiller; and the component B mainly includes the following raw materials in parts by weight: 5-7 parts of leveling agent, 5-7 parts of defoamer, 6-15 parts of chain extender, 10-25 parts of silane coupling agent, and 1-2 parts of catalyst. The two-component polyurethane coating of the present invention has relatively good adhesion, collision resistance and cracking resistance, and the antifouling property and the antifouling durability can be improved.

Abstract: Disclosed is a combustion system design method based on a target heat release rate, which belongs to the technical field of diesel engine combustion chamber design. The method includes: obtaining an ideal heat release rate based on Sabathe-Miller cycle; simulating the ideal heat release rate based on a double-Wiebe function and obtaining the target heat release rate; constructing a mapping relation among the heat release rate, piston geometric parameters and fuel injection parameters, which includes target start of combustion being an function of fuel injection timing and ignition delay, premixed combustion parameters being functions of throat radius, injection pressure and nozzle diameter, and diffusion combustion being a function of piston pit depth; solving target piston geometric parameters and target fuel injection parameters based on the mapping relation; and then designing a combustion system. The method does not depend on experience and multi-scheme design, greatly shortens the combustion system design.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a semi-physical simulation test bench and test method for a multi-machine parallel operation device of gas turbines. The gas turbines are all connected with gearbox shafts through SSS clutches, torque meters and couplers, and then a hydraulic dynamometer, an electric turbine dynamometer and a generator are independently or jointly driven through couplers and torque meters so as to charge a storage battery. Multi-shaft gearboxes comprise parallel operation gearboxes, and are connected with a bridging gearbox through couplers, electromagnetic clutches, supports, torque meters and couplers. The gas turbines can drive an electric dynamometer and the electric turbine dynamometer independently or cooperatively, so that the system has good operation characteristics under different working conditions. Meanwhile, the storage battery is additionally arranged, the flexibility of the test bench is improved, and the energy utilization rate is increased.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides an antifouling coating and a use method and use thereof. In the antifouling coating of the present disclosure, polyaspartic acid ester is an isocyanate curing agent containing a secondary amine structure. An ester group and aliphatic properties in the polyaspartic acid ester can increase wear resistance of the coating. The polyaspartic acid ester is combined with a polyisocyanate-containing prepolymer in a component A to endow the antifouling coating with desirable toughness and elasticity, such that the antifouling coating has excellent impact and abrasion resistance. In the component A, a polydimethylsiloxane structure is introduced into the hydroxypropyl silicone oil-based isocyanate prepolymer. The polydimethylsiloxane structure can generate microphase separation with a polyurea hard segment and migrate to a surface of the coating, thereby reducing surface energy of the coating to reduce an adhesion between fouling organisms and an interface.

Abstract: A method for calculating coupled lubrication and dynamics characteristic parameters of a flanged bearing includes three modules: a flanged bearing journal-trust thermal elastohydrodynamic coupled lubrication module, a flanged bearing dynamics characteristic parameter calculation module and a flanged bearing relative position feedback module. On the basis, considerations are further given to the stiffness and the damping characteristics of the flanged bearing under the coupled effect, thereby achieving accurate simulation of the dynamic and the tribology performance of the flanged bearing, and solving the problem of lubrication failure of the flanged bearing.

Abstract: A free piston generator based on a rigid synchronous transmission system is provided, which belongs to the technical field of power energy. The present disclosure solves the problems of low power generation efficiency and low stability of the existing free piston generator. The free piston generator based on the rigid synchronous transmission system includes a first linear generator set, a second linear generator set, a rigid synchronous transmission assembly, two high-pressure cylinders arranged at two ends of the first linear generator set, and two low-pressure cylinders arranged at two ends of the second linear generator set. The combustion product is firstly subjected to first-stage expansion in the high-pressure cylinder and is then subjected to second-stage expansion in the low-pressure cylinder, which effectively increases the energy utilization in exhaust gas, also increases the expansion work, and further improves the thermal efficiency and the power generation efficiency of the free piston generator. By means of the rigid synchronous transmission assembly, high-pressure pistons and low-pressure pistons are always kept in stable phase operation, so as to avoid the problems of wall-impingement and insufficient pressure of compressed air due to the phase mismatching.

Abstract: A polypyrrole-coated graphene corrosion inhibitor container and its preparation method and a composite coating and its application are provided. The polypyrrole encapsulated graphene corrosion inhibitor container includes graphene oxide and a polyvinylo layer encapsulated on the surface of the graphene oxide. The invention is based on a polymerization reaction by mixing a polypyrrole acid solution, a graphene oxide dispersion, and an initiator to obtain a polypyrrole encapsulated graphene corrosion inhibitor container. The polypyrrole encapsulated graphene corrosion inhibitor container regulates the release rate of the corrosion inhibitor by wrapping the polypyrrole around the graphene oxide so that it is released rapidly in alkaline solutions and at a slower rate in neutral media. The results of the practical example show that the polypyrrole encapsulated graphene corrosion inhibitor container can regulate the release rate of the corrosion inhibitor and has excellent corrosion protection properties and corrosion protection durability.
