Abstract: A fixing device according to the present disclosure includes a rotatable endless belt and an end portion holder. The end portion holder supports each of end portions of the fixing belt rotatably, and has a cylindrical part along which an inner circumferential surface of the fixing belt slides and an end wall part which faces an end surface of the fixing belt. The end wall part has a restraint part which faces an outer circumferential surface of the fixing belt with a predetermined interval and restrains the fixing belt from turning up.

Abstract: A driving transmission device includes a storage part, a fixing pin and a supporting part. The storage part has a through hole. The fixing pin rotatably supports a gear. To the supporting part, the fixing pin is fixed. A hole side chamfered portion is formed at an outside opening edge of the through hole. A shaft side chamfered portion is formed at the tip end portion of the fixing pin. A lubricant is applied to a contact area between the fixing pin and the through hole. A hole side boundary portion between an inner circumferential surface of the through hole and the hole side chamfered portion is in contact with an outer circumferential surface of the fixing pin. A shaft side boundary portion between an outer circumferential surface of the fixing pin and the shaft side chamfered portion faces the hole side chamfered portion with a gap.

Abstract: A fixing device includes a fixing member, a pressure roller, a discharge rollers pair, a discharge guide, and an actuator. The fixing member is heated by a heat source. The pressure roller forms a pressurized region. The discharge rollers pair includes an upper roller and a lower roller, and conveys the sheet passed through the pressurized region. The discharge guide guides the sheet passed through the pressurized region to the discharge rollers pair. The actuator includes a rotating shaft supported by the discharge guide rotatably and movably in an axial direction and a detection piece extending radially from the rotating shaft, and rotated by the sheet passed through the pressurized region to detect the sheet. The discharge guide has a slit in which the detection piece is housed to regulate a moving of the detection piece in a width direction of the sheet.

Abstract: A floating body is stored in a tank with a coolant and has a lower density than the coolant. A swing member is swingably supported and includes a contact portion which is displaced by being brought into contact with the tank and a to-be-detected portion which moves in an interlocking manner with the displacement of the contact portion. A sensor detects the floating body or the to-be-detected portion present at a detection position. The tank includes a restriction portion which restricts a movable range of the floating body to a range in which the detection position is a lower limit. By the attachment of the tank to the attachment portion, the to-be-detected portion is displaced from the detection position to an evacuation position in the interlocking manner with the displacement of the contact portion.
