In general formula (I), R1 denotes a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group, and Z1 denotes an atom group, the atom group forming a ring structure with a sulfur atom and a carbon atom which are adjacent to the atom group, and a carbon atom bonded to the sulfur atom.
Abstract:
There is provided a digital broadcasting receiver apparatus in which a temperature in the area surrounding a removable HDD does not become a high temperature during an operation regardless of whether it is disposed horizontally or vertically. A component with a large heat generating quantity and a component with a small heat generating quantity are installed in respective spaces inside a case. An adapter of the removable HDD is mounted to dispose the removable HDD in a space in which a component with a small heat generating quantity is mounted, thereby preventing the temperature in the area surrounding the removable HDD from becoming a high temperature.
Abstract:
A micro electro mechanical system (MEMS) device includes: a fixed electrode made of silicon and provided above a semiconductor substrate; a movable electrode made of silicon and arranged in a mechanically movable manner by having a gap from the semiconductor substrate; and a wiring layered part that is provided around the movable electrode, covers a portion of the fixed electrode and includes wiring. One of the fixed electrode and the movable electrode is implanted with an impurity ion and at least a part of the portion of the fixed electrode covered by the wiring layered part is silicidized.
Abstract:
A magnetic head assembly equipped with a slider having a magnetic head and a gimbal spring on which the slider is mounted with an adhesive. The gimbal spring is supported by beam portions of a load beam. A thin-film wiring pattern formed on the load beam extends to a surface of the gimbal spring. A tip of the wiring pattern acts as a terminal portion that is connected to input/output terminals integrally formed on the slider. The slider is locked on the gimbal spring by electrically conducting bonding and an adhesive. A plurality of dummy patterns having the same height as the wiring pattern are provided at a position corresponding to where the adhesive is dropped on the surface of the gimbal spring. The adhesive is placed in an area sandwiched by the dummy patterns on the gimbal spring.
Abstract:
A magnetic head assembly equipped with a slider and a gimbal spring to which the slider is secured with an adhesive agent. According to one aspect, at least one slit is formed in the gimbal spring opposing the adhesion surface of the slider, so that expansion and contraction of the gimbal spring caused by a change in the temperature is hardly transferred to the slider. According to a second aspect, the Young's modulus after hardening of the adhesive agent applied onto the adhesion surface of the slider is selected to be smaller than about {fraction (1/13000)} of the Young's modulus of the slider material or of the gimbal spring material. According to the first aspect, therefore, the area of the gimbal spring on which the adhesive agent is applied is limited by the slit. According to the second aspect, the Young's modulus of the adhesive agent after hardening is so small that the warping amount of the slider caused by a change in the temperature lies within a predetermined range. The warping amount of the slider in the magnetic head assembly is hence suppressed to lie within an allowable range despite a change in the temperature, and floating performance of the slider is stabilized.
Abstract:
A congestion control method and apparatus that conducts congestion control for a frame relay terminal in real time and without any time lag when a congestion has occurred at an outgoing cell store medium of a fast multiplex unit of an ATM multiplex apparatus. The fast multiplex unit of the ATM multiplex apparatus is provided with a outgoing cell store medium monitor unit monitoring a congestion level of the outgoing cell store medium and generating a congestion reporting signal indicative of the congestion level and a light/heavy congestion indication signal. The time lag which occurs when the congestion reporting is made is eliminated by sending both signals directly to a frame relay interface control unit from the fast multiplex unit.
Abstract:
A head suspension includes a planar load beam, and a gimbal extending from, and formed integrally with the load beam. The gimbal has a slider loader on which a head slider is adapted to be attached. Also included in the head suspension is a reinforcing plate cooperatively attached to the load beam.
Abstract:
A suspension has an extending end and an other end. A head IC chip mounting portion is provided between the extending end and the other end of the suspension. A head slider is loaded on a first surface of the suspension at a position on the side of the extending end with respect to the head IC chip mounting portion, the head slider integrally including a head. A head IC chip is mounted at the head IC chip mounting portion of the suspension. First wiring patterns extend along the suspension between a portion of the suspension, at which portion the head slider is loaded, and the head IC chip mounting portion. Second wiring patterns extend along the suspension between the head IC chip mounting portion and the other end of the suspension. The head IC chip is mounted at the head IC chip mounting portion in a condition in which a certain portion of the head IC chip is positioned on the side of a second surface of the suspension, which second surface is opposite to the first surface.
