Abstract: The embodiments of the invention provide a photosensitive element, a display panel, a display device, and an X-ray imaging device. The photosensitive element includes a first top gate type thin film transistor as a control switch and a second top gate type thin film transistor serving as a photosensitive unit. The first top gate type thin film transistor is connected to the second top gate type thin film transistor. A gate of the second thin film transistor includes a transparent region corresponding to at least a part of an active layer of the second thin film transistor, thereby achieving a measurement of a light intensity entering the second thin film transistor when the first thin film transistor and the second thin film transistor are turned on simultaneously.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides touch substrate and display apparatus, belonging to field of display technology. The touch substrate includes a substrate, and a plurality of control lines, a plurality of read lines and a plurality of touch control units disposed on the substrate; each touch control unit includes a first patch disposed on first surface of the substrate and a second patch disposed on second surface of the substrate opposite to the first surface, orthogonal projection of the first patch at least partially overlapping with that of the second patch, the first and second patches being electrically connected through conductive via penetrating the substrate; each touch control unit operates under control of control signal inputted through corresponding control line, and read, through corresponding read line, pressure signal for the first and second patches in the touch control unit to determine position of touch point at which a press occurs.

Abstract: A touch display panel is provided. The touch display panel includes a first substrate, and a second substrate opposite to the first substrate. The first substrate includes a base substrate, and an anode, an organic light emitting layer and a cathode formed on the base substrate. The cathode includes a plurality of first sub-electrodes, each of the plurality of first sub-electrodes is used as a touch electrode and applied with a touch scanning signal during a touch scanning stage and is used as a common electrode and applied with a common electrode signal during a display stage. The first substrate further includes a driving electrode layer disposed between the anode and the base substrate, the driving electrode layer is applied with the touch scanning signal during the touch scanning stage.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure disclose a three-dimensional display device and a driving method thereof. In a previous frame of display time, one part of second sub-pixels in a liquid crystal display panel are controlled to display a left eye view, and the other part of second sub-pixels display a right eye view. In a next frame of display time, positions of light emitting areas and black areas in an electroluminescent display panel are interchanged, and the second sub-pixels that display the left eye view in the previous frame display the right eye view in the next frame, and the second sub-pixels that display the right eye view in the previous frame display the left eye view in the next frame. The sum of the previous frame and the next frame of display time is less than a maximum time indistinguishable by human eyes.

Abstract: The present disclosure proposes a force touch structure, a touch display panel and a display apparatus. The force touch structure comprises a base substrate, a light sensing device located on the base substrate, and a phosphorescence-emitting structure positionally corresponding to the light sensing device. The phosphorescence-emitting structure comprises a first electrode, a second electrode, a phosphorescent layer, and a flexible material layer. The first electrode receives a first voltage signal, the second electrode receives a second voltage signal, and the first electrode and the second electrode are used for forming a capacitor with a constant voltage value under the effects of the first voltage signal and the second voltage signal. The light sensing device is used for receiving phosphorescence emitted by the phosphorescent layer and comparing an intensity of the received phosphorescence with a light intensity detected without force touch to determine the magnitude of force touch.

Abstract: An In-Plane Switching (IPS) array substrate, a method for manufacturing the IPS array substrate and a display device are provided. The common electrodes of the IPS array substrate further function as touch electrodes, thereby implementing a built-in touch display device. The IPS array substrate is further provided with signal lines that are electrically connected to the touch electrodes in a one-to-one correspondence. During a touch time period included in a time period for displaying one frame of image, it is detected, through the corresponding signal lines, whether self-capacitances of the touch electrodes are changed, so as to determine a touch position.

The touch display circuit comprises: a reset module connected to a reset signal terminal, a first level terminal and a first node; a charging module connected to a gate signal terminal, a data signal terminal and a second node; a pull-up module connected to a second level terminal, a first scan signal terminal, the first node and the second node; a driving module connected to the second level terminal, the gate signal terminal, the first node and a third node; and an electroluminescent module connected to the third node, a second scan signal terminal and a third level terminal. The touch display circuit outputs stable driving current and avoids or reduces the influence of the opposite electrodes on the touch driving.
