Abstract:
Because a navigation device or method according to the present invention extracts only route guidance expressions which a speaking person, such as a fellow passenger, provides for the driver, interprets the abstract route guidance expressions to determine a concrete route guidance expression, and outputs information to be presented corresponding to the concrete route guidance expression, the navigation device enables the driver to understand the content intuitively and can prevent the driver from mishearing the speaking person's utterance and from driving the vehicle toward a direction which the speaking person does not intend.
Abstract:
Provided are vinylidene fluoride copolymers exhibiting higher adhesion with respect to metal foils than do conventional vinylidene fluoride copolymers, and to provide uses of the vinylidene fluoride copolymers. The vinylidene fluoride copolymers are obtained by copolymerizing vinylidene fluoride with a compound represented by Formula (A). In Formula (A), R1, R2 and R3 are each independently a hydrogen atom, a chlorine atom or an alkyl group; and X is an atomic group with a molecular weight of not more than 500 containing a heteroatom and having a main chain composed of 1 to 20 atoms, or is a heteroatom.
Abstract:
An image forming device includes a main body, an image forming unit configured to be attached to and detached from the main body, the image forming unit being configured to move among first, second, and third positions, a shaft member configured to rotate around an axis line thereof between a first rotational position and a second rotational position, a first regulator provided to the shaft member so as to, when the shaft member is in the first rotational position, engage with the image forming unit and forbid the image forming unit to move between the second position and the third position, and a second regulator provided to the shaft member so as to, when the shaft member is in the second rotational position, engage with the image forming unit and forbid the image forming unit to move between the first position and the second position.
Abstract:
A workpiece picking device and method for reducing the cycle time of a picking operation of workpieces, by omitting or reducing the movement of a robot manipulator when an image of the workpieces is captured. An image processor of the picking device includes a camera controlling part for reading image data from a camera, a memory for storing the image data, a workpiece detecting part for extracting one or more images from the memory and detecting one or more workpieces in the image, and a workpiece selecting part for selecting a workpiece to be picked among the workpieces detected by the workpiece detecting part. The image processor further includes a stacked condition judging part for determining whether the condition of the stacked workpieces in a container is changed.
Abstract:
A workpiece picking device capable of correctly detecting the size of a workpiece. The picking device has a robot capable of picking the same kind of workpieces contained in a work container, a robot controller for controlling the robot, a video camera positioned above the work container so as to widely image the workpieces and an image processor for processing an image obtained by the video camera. The three-dimensional position and posture of each workpiece is measured by a three-dimensional vision sensor arranged on a wrist element of the robot.
Abstract:
An image capturing system includes a first camera, a second camera and a first rotating device. The first camera is configured to capture a first image. The second camera is configured to capture a second image whose scope is narrower than a scope of the first image. The first rotating device connects the first camera and the second camera. The first rotating device is configured to rotate the first camera and the second camera around a first rotational axis which is on the first rotating device.
Abstract:
A calibrating device for calibration of an image measurement system. The calibrating device includes a main body having an upper surface, and a characteristic portion, which serves as a benchmark for calibration and is in the form of a recess formed in the upper surface of the main body, wherein the characteristic portion includes a side surface extending in a direction crossing the upper surface, and a bottom surface extending in a direction crossing the side surface, the bottom surface has an optical reflectance lower than an optical reflectance of the upper surface in relation to light identical to each other. This can provide a calibrating device for calibration of an image measurement system, which can detect the characteristic portion on the calibrating device stably, precisely and independent of the illumination conditions, which is less costly and can be easily handled.
Abstract:
A pesticidal composition comprising at. least an ester compound represented by the formula (1): wherein R1 represents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group, R2 represents a methyl group or a group represented by the formula —CH═CR21R22 (wherein R21 and R22 independently represent a hydrogen atom, a methyl group or a chlorine atom), and R3 represents a hydrogen atom, a methyl group or a methoxymethyl group, supported on a carrier having an oil absorbency of not more than 10 ml/100 g is useful for controlling various pests.
Abstract:
Key is pivotably supported by a key frame, and the front end of the key is normally urged upward by a pivot lever. Load member drivable by an actuator is provided rearwardly of a mass body of the pivot lever. Key switch and proximity sensor detect a pivoting position of the key responsive to depression and release operation of the key. Load control circuit performs driving control of the actuator, in accordance with the pivoting position of the key, to move the load member back and forth, to thereby cause the load member to engage (or contact) with the mass body in a depression stroke and terminates the engagement in a release stroke.
Abstract:
Keyboard apparatus has a frame and a key pivotably mounted on the frame. Key guide structure includes a key-side guide member provided inside the key, and a frame-side guide member provided on the frame. The key-side guide member has at least one convexly-formed portion projecting from the inner surface of a distal end portion of the key, remote from a pivot point of the key, toward the pivot point. The frame-side guide member permits movement of the key-side guide member along a pivoting direction of the key, but limits lateral movement of the key-side guide member.
