Abstract:
Provided are base stations, user equipments and wireless communication methods related to DCI design for latency reduction. A base station comprises: circuitry operative to form either a first type of DCI or a second type of DCI depending on whether to schedule a normal TTI or a shortened TTI in a subframe; and a transmitter operative to transmit the first type of DCI or the second type of DCI in the subframe, wherein the first type of DCI and the second type of DCI are differentiable; and if the second type of DCI is transmitted and another shortened TTI is to be scheduled, the circuitry is further operative to form a third type of DCI and the transmitter is further operative to transmit the third type of DCI in a shortened TTI after said shortened TTI that is scheduled by the second type of DCI in the subframe.
Abstract:
Provided are an eNB, a UE and wireless communication methods. A UE according to an embodiment of the present disclosure can comprise circuitry operative to determine valid transmission time interval (s) (TTI (s)) for a physical channel in a subframe based on the resource element (RE) number of each TTI in the subframe; and a receiver operative to receive the physical channel in one or more of the valid TTI (s) by blindly decoding part or all of the valid TTI (s), wherein each TTI comprises 1-7 orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) symbols.
Abstract:
A reception processor receives the cell detection reference signals, each of the cell detection reference signals being transmitted from corresponding one of a plurality of cells. An RRM report generator generates measurement information indicating a measurement result of reception quality measured using the cell detection reference signal. A transmission processor transmits the measurement information. The cell detection reference signals are mapped to any one of a plurality of candidate resources, which is a part of a plurality of resources set for other reference signals in a subframe to which the cell detection reference signals are mapped.
