    Abstract: An image forming apparatus includes a plurality of image forming units which are provided side by side at least in a horizontal direction, each of which includes a rotatable image bearing member and an image forming section adapted to form a toner image on the image bearing member, and an air blow device configured to generate an air flow to cool the plurality of image forming units. In addition, a belt is placed above the plurality of image forming units, and a changing member is disposed in a space below the belt and between two image forming units located next to each other among the plurality of image forming units and configured to change flowing direction of the air flow generated by the air blow device. The changing member directs the air flow to flow along a rotation axis direction of the image bearing member from both ends of an upper area of the space toward a center of the upper area of the space, and then flow from the center of the upper area of the space to below the space.

    Abstract: A data processing device connects to a first display and operates in a power state including a power-off state, a recording standby state, and a power-on state. A second display displays an operation state of the data processing device. A power controller supplies electric power to a driver in the power-on state and the recording standby state, and stops supplying the electric power in the power-off state.     Abstract: In a wireless communication system for communicating with a plurality of stations at the same point of time with the same frequency using a Space Division Multiple Access (SDMA), wireless resources are allocated by a first decision unit which evaluates performance of each station obtained when the SDMA is used and which determines periods of time to be allocated to groups of stations formed according to the SDMA technique. Using a first evaluation unit and a second evaluation unit to evaluate performance required by each station and each application, the first decision unit allocates the wireless resources to the stations. It is therefore possible that the wireless resources are efficiently allocated to the stations while preventing an event in which the wireless resources are excessive or insufficient for required quality of service.
