Abstract:
Building panels 1, 1′ provided with a mechanical locking system including a tongue 30, at an edge of a first panel 1, cooperating with a tongue groove 20, at an edge of an adjacent second panel 1′, for vertical locking of the building panels. The edge of the first panel is provided with a displacement groove 60, which is downwardly open, and includes an inner wall 61, an outer wall 62, and an upper wall 67. The tongue 30 is formed out of the edge of the first panel. A resilient and displaceable and part 66 of the tongue 30 is displaceable into the displacement groove 60.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a floor board having connection geometries corresponding to each other and made of plastics, wherein the first connection geometry is provided along two abutting side surfaces and has a groove which is open toward the bottom and is bordered by a lip toward the outside, and the groove has an undercut along its walls. The second connection geometry is provided along the abutting side surfaces and has a groove which is open toward the top and is bordered by a lip toward the outside, and the groove has an undercut along its walls. The lip of the first connection geometry and the lip of the second connection geometry each have at least one slot at least in sections. The invention also relates to a floor board having a connecting element that is made of a multi-component material.
Abstract:
A connector for mechanically joining abutting construction elements each having a groove therein, comprising a support, at least one split tongue extending from the support, the split tongue including flexible sub-tongues having angled catches for engaging steps located in the groove. During insertion the sub-tongues are flexed toward each other and remain in a partially restored configuration. This, combined with the angled catches, reduces the space between the abutting construction elements.
Abstract:
Floor panels are shown, which are provided with a mechanical locking system comprising a tongue with rocker arms that allows locking by a vertical turning motion. The tongue has an inner part mounted in a sideward open fixation groove in a first edge and an outer part extending beyond a vertical plane, the inner part is fixed in the sideward open groove, wherein the tongue has at least one rocker arm extending in the length direction of the tongue, the rocker arm having a displaceable pressing protrusion that during locking is in contact with a second edge and a displaceable locking protrusion that in locked position cooperates with a tongue groove, wherein the locking protrusions are displaced outwardly away from the main tongue body when the pressing protrusion is pressed and displaced inwardly towards the inner part of the tongue.

Abstract:
Floor panel, with a horizontally and vertically active locking system allowing that two of such floor panels can be connected to each other at said sides by providing one of these floor panels, by means of a downward movement, in the other floor panel; wherein the vertically active locking system comprises a locking element in the form of an insert; wherein this locking element comprises at least a pivotable lock-up body; characterized in that the pivotable lock-up body comprises a support portion which is rotatable against a support surface pertaining to the floor panel concerned, and more particularly in a seat.

Abstract:
A floor panel for a floor covering includes a pair of two opposite sides having coupling parts allowing to couple the floor panel to similar floor panels. The coupling parts, in a coupled condition, provide locking in vertical and horizontal directions. The floor panel has a core including two core material parts provided as a sandwich structure between an upper layer and a bottom layer, and respectively extending up to one of the two sides. A locking element is in the form of an insert located at one of the sides of the coupling parts, and is mounted in the core material part. The locking element is of the type which, in the coupled condition of two of such floor panels, effects a locking in a vertical direction. The two core material parts include a different basic material or a basic material with different properties.
