Abstract:
A method of preventing repeated collapse in a reworked photoresist layer. First, oxygen-containing plasma is applied to remove a collapsed photoresist. Because the plasma containing oxygen reacts with a bottom anti-reflect layer comprising SiOxNy, some acids are produced on the bottom anti-reflect layer, resulting in undercutting in a subsequently reworked photoresist. Next, an alkaline solution treatment is performed on the anti-reflect layer after the collapsed photoresist layer is removed. Finally, the reworked photoresist with is formed on the anti-reflect layer, without undercutting.

Abstract:
A lock. The lock includes an inner handle assembly, a latch bolt, and an outer handle assembly. The outer handle assembly includes an outer handle, an outer spindle, an actuating sleeve rotatably mounted in the outer spindle and having two guide slots each having an inclined section and a horizontal section, a locking plate mounted in the actuating sleeve and including two wings, and an unlatching member operably connected to the latch bolt. Each wing is extended through an associated guide slot into an associated positioning slot in the outer spindle. When the lock is in an unlocked state, the unlatching member is engaged with the locking plate to allow joint rotation. When the lock is in a locked state, the unlatching member is disengaged from the unlatching member such that the unlatching member is not turned when the outer handle is turned.
Abstract:
A PWM rectifier wherein the switching bridge has m input filter capacitors, each connected at a terminal thereof, to the line side of the bridge. These terminals are used to connect an m-phase a.c. power supply (m>=1) having a per phase system inductance to the bridge. A current smoothing inductor is connected to the load side of the bridge and enables a load to be connected thereto. A switching pattern generator controls the switches in the switching bridge based on a reference output current. A first control loop is provided for determining an active portion of the reference output current based on a desired power level of the load and an m-phase voltage at the capacitor terminals. A second control loop is provided for determining a reactive portion of the reference output current based on the m-phase voltage at the capacitor terminals. The reactive portion of the current is selected so as to obtain a desired per phase power factor, such as unity, on the power supply. In this manner the output current and power factor control loops are independent of and not coupled to one another.
Abstract:
The drive for an a.c. induction motor features a rectifier for converting alternating current into direct current and a current source inverter for converting direct current into alternating current supplied to a motor. A d.c. link choke interconnects the rectifier and the inverter. The inverter includes a first control loop which provides a desired or command d.c. link choke current to a second control loop responsible for the rectifier. For the purposes of the second control loop the actual d.c. link choke current and an input voltage of the inverter are detected. The difference or error between the desired and actual d.c. choke currents are minimized by a compensator. The output of the compensator is added to the detected inverter input voltage, and the sum is fed to a switching pattern generator which controls the switches in the rectifier. In this manner the feedback of the inverter input voltage is decoupled from the compensator responsible for the d.c. link choke current. This makes the parameters of the second control loop substantially independent of the load, thereby enhancing the ease with which the control loop may be tuned and hence the stability of the drive.
Abstract:
A method, which provides a location context to an online object, includes (a) receiving identification information regarding the online object; (b) in a database, creating a relationship between the online object and a representation of a geographical location; (c) receiving a request for retrieving the relationship from the database based on the identification information or the geographical location; and (d) responding to the request by returning the relationship retrieved from the database. The request may originate from an application program that displays the representation of the geographical location graphically. The online object may correspond to an online business. In some implementations, the online object is unrelated in real life to a community located at the geographical location.
Abstract:
Multilevel converters and space vector modulation operating methods are presented in which fewer than all possible switching states are employed for space vector modulation of rectifier and inverter circuits to promote common mode voltage contribution cancellation or reduction therebetween and by using subsets of possible space vector modulation switching states associated with minimal positive or negative common mode voltages and in some cases using virtual vectors which have zero common mode voltages to eliminate the 3rd order harmonic components in common mode voltage as well as to reduce common mode voltage affects associated with multilevel inverter stages.
