Abstract:
A fuel feed system which causes liquid fuel to evaporate so as to feed gaseous fuel, provided with an evaporator which includes a heater which heats the liquid fuel to vaporize it and an electric heater which adjusts the temperature of the heater. The heater has a heat conduction surface which supplies heat to the liquid fuel. A difference between the temperature of the heat conduction surface of the heater and the boiling point of the fuel at the evaporator is used as the basis to change the temperature of the heater and adjust the heat flux at the heat conduction surface.
Abstract:
When a vehicle electric power source is turned on, and when a target mode position is other than a parking (P)-mode position and a driving (D)-mode position or the target mode position is unfixed, a shift-by-wire electronic control unit (SBW-ECU) does not drive the actuator so that the current actual mode position is maintained. The SBW-ECU accepts only the driver's requirement for changing the mode position to the P-mode position or the D-mode position. When it is required to change the mode position to the P-mode position, a first position learning portion learns a first reference position. When it is required to change the mode position to the D-mode position, a second position learning portion learns a second reference position.
Abstract:
A print control device may include a control device configured to identify a data type of print target data obtained from a clipboard, generate print data based on the print target data in accordance with a print setting appropriate for the identified data type, and send the generated print data to a printing apparatus.
Abstract:
Provided are an organic TFT manufacturing method whereby flow of ink into an unnecessary area can be suppressed and excellent characteristics and high reliability can be obtained, and an organic TFT. The organic TFT manufacturing method comprises a step of providing a source electrode and a drain electrode on a base member; a step of providing a bank layer, which has an opening on a channel between the source electrode and the drain electrode, an opening on a predetermined area of the base member, and a groove or grooves around the opening on the predetermined area, which surround the opening on the predetermined area; and a step of supplying an organic semiconductor solution to the opening of the bank layer formed on the channel to form an organic semiconductor layer.
Abstract:
A recording device includes a plurality of holes formed in the medium support part, a suction unit configured to suck out air via the holes, closing members configured and arranged to move in a direction away from the holes, an urging unit configured to urge the closing members toward the holes, and a sliding member configured and arranged to slide in a direction intersecting a moving direction in which the closing members move. The holes to be put into an opened state are selected by changing a position of the sliding member in the sliding direction.
Abstract:
A method for forming a conductive post include: a) forming a liquid repellent portion having a thickness of 100 nm or less by disposing a liquid repellent material in a conductive post forming region on a conductive layer; b) forming an insulation layer having an opening in a region overlapping with the conductive post forming region by disposing a liquid including an insulation layer forming material on the conductive layer having the liquid repellent portion formed thereon and polymerizing the insulation layer forming material; c) disposing metal particulates in the opening; and d) heating the metal particulates at a fusing temperature of the metal particulates or higher so as to fusion bond the metal particulates to each other in order to form the conductive post, and to fusion bond the metal particulates and the conductive layer in order to couple the conductive post with the conductive layer.
Abstract:
An air cylinder having a simple and effective configuration to reduce the axial length and provide ease of processing. A sliding bearing that guides a piston rod is disposed at a position adjacent to a groove in which a rod packing is fitted. One end of the sliding bearing serves as the side wall of the groove and prevents displacement of the rod packing. The other end of the sliding bearing extends so as to cover part of a yenta of a first port. An orifice having a sectional area smaller than that of the yenta is formed at the position of the yenta by the sliding bearing.
Abstract:
A valve timing control apparatus includes a housing that is rotatable with a crankshaft; a vane rotor that is rotatable with a camshaft; and a phase controller to compulsorily change a rotation phase of the vane rotor alternately between an advance side and a retard side with respect to the housing if an engine shifts to a high rotation state after the engine continuously has a low rotation state for a predetermined period or more. The engine in the low rotation state has a rotation speed lower than a predetermined rotation speed. The engine in the high rotation state has a rotation speed equal to or higher than the predetermined rotation speed.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a method of forming an organic semiconductor layer comprising the steps of preparing a substrate having a groove formed on the surface, applying, to the surface of the substrate, a droplet of an organic semiconductor liquid in which an organic semiconductor material is dissolved or dispersed in a solvent, and drying the droplet to form the organic semiconductor layer, wherein the droplet is applied to a position of the substrate where a part of the circumference of the droplet is introduced into the groove.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a film forming method of a uniform semiconductor layer having a large area at a low cost and equipment to form said semiconductor layer, by blowing gas against a coated layer to shorten the drying time and to decrease uneven drying. A film forming method of a semiconductor layer characterized by being provided, after a process to coat a semiconductor material containing a solvent on a substrate, with a process to blow gas against a coated layer of a semiconductor layer containing said solvent to evaporate the solvent.
