A pixel includes an organic light emitting diode (OLED), a first transistor having a gate electrode coupled to a first node, a first electrode coupled to a first power supply, and a second electrode coupled to the OLED, a first capacitor for storing a data signal, and a second capacitor coupled between the first node and the second electrode of the first transistor to charge a voltage corresponding to the data signal and a threshold voltage of the first transistor, wherein, in a period where a voltage stored in the first capacitor is supplied to the first node, the second capacitor is electrically blocked from the first node.

A compact exoskeleton arm support device compensates for gravity. The compact exoskeleton arm support device compensating for gravity may include at least five joints. Among the at least five joints, two joints may be driven by actuators, and the remaining joints may be driven by user force. The compact exoskeleton arm support device compensating for gravity effectively uses the actuators, thereby increasing operating efficiency and reducing production costs.

When the first transistor, the second transistor, the 11th transistor, and the 12th transistor are turned off, lower voltages than voltages applied to source electrodes are applied to gate electrodes such that the transistors can be stably turned off.

A driving apparatus includes a driving unit, a driven unit separated from the driving unit at a separation space so as not to contact the driving unit, and rotated by rotary force generated from the driving unit, a cable connecting the driving unit and the driven unit, and to transmit the rotary force to the driven unit, and pressure units provided in the separation space, and to pressurize the cable in a direction of approaching opposite portions of the cable to each other to generate a tensile strength of the cable. Since the cable transmitting the rotary force of the driving unit to the driven unit has sufficient tensile strength, preventing the generation of slip of the cable from the driving unit and the driven unit is possible, and thus to allow the rotary force to be transmitted to the driven unit without a loss.

A robot control method and apparatus estimates an error based on information of an object obtained using a motor drive current sensor, a force sensor or a tactile sensor mounted at a robot hand and information of the object obtained using an optical sensor and compensates for the error. The robot control method and apparatus includes measuring information of an object using an optical sensor or calculating information of the object input by a user, moving a robot hand to the object based on the information of the object, controlling the thumb and fingers of the robot hand to contact the object based on the information of the object, determining whether the thumb and fingers have contacted the object through a motor drive current sensor, a force sensor or a tactile sensor, and grasping the object depending upon whether the thumb and the fingers have contacted the object.

A display driving integrated circuit operates as both a radio-frequency identification (RFID) reader and a display driver. The display driving integrated circuit operates as the RFID reader by supplying power to an RFID tag, verifying the RFID tag according to communication between the RFID tag and the processor to produce verification data, transferring the verification data from the processor to the RFID tag, and transmitting some of the verification data to the display unit. It operates as a display driver by processing data received from the processor and transferring the processed data to the display unit. The display driving integrated circuit implements functions for the RFID reader and the display unit driver using one or more shared elements selected from a timer, a clock signal generator, a cyclic redundancy check calculator, and a data interface.

A slide type mobile terminal according to an aspect of the invention comprises: a main body having buttons and a slide part having a display, wherein the buttons comprise at least one open button that is open to the exterior and at least one hidden button that is not open to the exterior when the slide part is opened with respect to the main body, the slide part comprises at least one push protrusion corresponding with at least the hidden button, and the main body and the slide part are joined by a connection means which allows sliding of the slide part with respect to the main body. With such a composition, the invention allows for a larger display on the slide part and provides a slide type mobile terminal which can have various functional buttons.

The present invention also provides compositions that include, and methods for using, the compounds in preparing medicaments and for treating metabolic disorders such as, for example, type II diabetes.
