    Abstract: A method and apparatus are disclosed from the perspective of a network in a wireless communication system. In one embodiment, the method includes the network configuring a User Equipment (UE) with cross-carrier scheduling, wherein the network transmits Physical Downlink Control Channel (PDCCH) on a first cell scheduling a second cell. The method further includes the network configuring the UE with PDCCH repetition on two search spaces of the first cell. In addition, the method includes the network being allowed to configure the UE with PDCCH repetition on two search spaces of the second cell only if two search spaces of the first cell, having same search space identities as the two search spaces of the second cell, have been configured with PDCCH repetition.

    Abstract: In an example, a User Equipment (UE) receives a message associated with Physical Downlink Shared Channel (PDSCH) parameter configuration. The message includes a first parameter indicating a first list of entries associated with time resource allocation for multiple PDSCHs, a second parameter indicating reception of multiple repetitions for a single PDSCH, and a third parameter indicating a second list of entries associated with time resource allocation. Each entry in the second list indicates a single time resource allocation. If the UE receives a Downlink Control Information (DCI) indicative of a first entry in the first list, the UE receives a plurality of PDSCHs based on a plurality of time resource allocations indicated by the first entry. A first repetition number for the plurality of PDSCHs is determined to be one. If the UE receives a DCI indicative of a second entry in the second list, the UE receives one or more PDSCHs with repetition based on a single time resource allocation indicated by the second entry. A second repetition number for the one or more PDSCHs is determined based on the second parameter.

    Abstract: A method and apparatus are disclosed from the perspective of a User Equipment (UE). The method further includes the UE truncates or pads zero-bits to at least one field (other than the TCI field) in the DCI based on configuration of the second DL BWP after the UE decodes successfully the DCI, wherein a BWP indicator field in the DCI indicates the second DL BWP different from the first DL BWP. In addition, the method includes the UE determines whether the TCI field is present in the DCI or not based on the parameter of the scheduling CORESET in the first DL BWP after the UE decodes successfully the DCI, wherein a BWP indicator field in the DCI indicates the second DL BWP different from the first DL BWP.

    Abstract: A method and apparatus are disclosed from the perspective of a User Equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system. The method can include receiving a configuration for a first set of power control information and a second set of power control information, receiving a Downlink Control Information (DCI) scheduling one or more Physical Uplink Shared Channels (PUSCHs), wherein the DCI comprises a first Sounding Reference Signal Resource Indicator (SRI) field and a second SRI field, determining a first Identifier (ID) directly based on value indicated by the first SRI field, wherein the first ID is a power control information ID in the first set of power control information, determining a second ID based on a value indicated by the second SRI field and the number of layers, and transmitting the one or more PUSCHs based on transmit power derived from the power control information of the first ID or the power control information of the second ID.
