Abstract: A water heater includes a combustion device, a primary heat exchanger, and a secondary heat exchanger. The combustion device burns gas to generate high-temperature air. The primary and the secondary heat exchangers are provided sequentially above the combustion device. When the high-temperature air passes through the primary heat exchanger, part of thermal energy is absorbed by exchange plates and a water pipe therein. When the high-temperature air continues to pass through the secondary heat exchanger, part of the rest thermal energy is absorbed by a heat tube set therein to preheat water flowing through the heat tube set. The preheated water then flows into the water pipe of the primary heat exchanger. The secondary heat exchanger includes a case and a cover board which detachably seals a bore on the case. Whereby, it is convenient for a user to clean pipes inside the secondary heat exchanger.

Abstract: A method of managing energy consumption which is applied to a wireless control system is provided, wherein the wireless control system includes a plurality of appliances and a relay device. The method includes the steps below: first, obtain an amount of energy consumption from a start time point to a predetermined time point in an energy monitoring period; next, compare the amount of energy consumption with a second threshold during the energy monitoring period, which is lower than a first threshold; finally, if the amount of energy consumption exceeds the second threshold, determine whether to start an energy conservation mode; if the energy conservation mode starts, the relay device sends an energy conservation command to at least one of the appliances to control said appliance to consume less energy. Whereby, in the energy conservation mode, the energy consumed by the appliances would be reduced without stopping the energy supply.

Abstract: A method for transmitting data in a wireless system, wherein the wireless system includes a first server, a second server, a relay device, and at least one appliance. The method includes that the relay device is connected to the first server through a network; determine whether the relay device stores a state information sent from the appliance; if so, send the state information to the first server; otherwise, send a first interactive command to the first server; receive a data sent from the relay device by the first server, and transmit it to the second server for subsequent process; the relay device sends a second interactive command to the first server, and then interrupt a connection with the first server. Whereby, the first server could determine whether the relay device transmits data normally or not by individually communicating with the relay device, ensuring the reliability of data transmission.

Abstract: A burner includes a base and a combustion tray, wherein the base has an inlet pipe and two horn-shaped tubes. The horn-shaped tubes are connected to opposite sides of the inlet pipe, wherein each of the horn-shaped tubes respectively has a first section. A length of the first sections is no less than an inner diameter of the inlet pipe at where the horn-shaped tubes are connected to. The combustion tray is engaged with the base, and communicates with the horn-shaped tubes. Whereby, gas and air could be fully mixed while flowing through each of the first sections. The symmetrical horn-shaped tubes could direct the airflow to the combustion tray, where the airflow could be outputted from flame vents of the combustion tray, whereby to generate more even flame, and to enhance the heating efficiency.

Abstract: A gas mixer includes a flow splitter and a base having an inlet portion and a mixing portion. The inlet portion has an air inlet, an air chamber, an at least one gas inlet, and an opening, communicating with each other. The air chamber has two opposite walls, which are inclined, and a distance therebetween gradually decreases from the air inlet to the opening. The gas inlet is located on one of the walls. The mixing portion has a mixing chamber communicating with the opening and a burner, respectively. The flow splitter is provided in the air chamber and located between the gas inlet and the air inlet. The flow splitter has at least one through hole facing one of the walls. Therefore, air and gas could be effectively premixed and outputted to the burner, whereby to accurately control the air-fuel ratio to enhance the combustion efficiency of the burner.
