Abstract:
The present invention provides an ink-jet printing head, and an ink-jet printing apparatus and method which enable not only larger-diameter nozzles but also smaller-diameter nozzles to be sufficiently recovered. In an ink-jet printing head according to the present invention, the number of smaller-diameter nozzles is larger than that of larger-diameter nozzles. Further, a plurality of ink channels include first ink channels in communication with the larger-diameter nozzles and second ink channels in communication with the smaller-diameter nozzles. The first ink channels and the second ink channels are mixed and arranged along an ink supply port so that a group of smaller-diameter nozzles composed of a plurality of the smaller-diameter nozzles is arranged between the lager-diameter nozzles.
Abstract:
A beam splitter splits a light beam having passed through an image pick-up device into a plurality of split light beams. An image pick-up device converts one of the split light beams emitted from the beam splitter to an electric signal. An optical viewfinder uses another one of the split light beams emitted from the beam splitter for visually recognizing an image. The eyepiece of the optical viewfinder is disposed on an upper part of the rear surface of the camera body adjacent the left end thereof.
Abstract:
A composition containing a high-molecular compound having as a photo-crosslinkable group any of a cinnamoyl group, a cinnamylidene group, a chalcone residual group, an isocoumarin residual group, a 2,5-dimethoxystilbene residual group, a thymine residual group, a styrylpyridinium residual group, an &agr;-phenylmaleimide residual group, an anthracene residual group and a 2-pyrone residual group, or an aromatic bisazide, is cross-linked by light irradiation via a mask to cure the composition in a prescribed pattern to form photoemission layers.
Abstract:
There is provided an information processing apparatus which is easy for a user to operate. In the information processing apparatus, it is judged based on a function obtained from a peripheral whether or not a job script can be issued to the peripheral, and a job issuance processing is controlled in accordance with a judgment result.
Abstract:
An infrared irradiation lamp having a lamp housing S formed by a Lamp body 12 and a front lens 14, a reflector 16 provided in the lamp body 12, a bulb 20 inserted and attached into a bulb insertion attachment hole 13 of the reflector 16 and provided ahead of the reflector 16, and a cylindrical globe 30 for infrared light formation which is provided to cover the bulb 20 and serves to shield a visible light and to transmit only an infrared light, wherein a metallic bulb holder 60 having a radiation fin 68 extended to the back of the reflector 16 is provided between the bulb insertion attachment hole 13 and a mouth piece 21 of the bulb 20. Heat generated by turning on the bulb 20 is transferred to the bulb holder 60 and is radiated from the radiation fin 68 provided on the back of the reflector 16 to a space provided on the back of the reflector 16 so that the inside of the globe 30 is not filled with the heat. Thus, it is possible to avoid various problems caused by an increase in the temperatures of the bulb 20 and the globe 30 for infrared light formation.
Abstract:
An infrared light irradiation lamp for an automobile comprises a lighting chamber S formed by a lamp body 12 and a front lens 14, a reflector 16 provided in the lamp body 12, a light source 20 provided ahead of the reflector 16, a cylindrical globe 30 for infrared light formation provided to cover the light source 20 and serving to shield a visible light and to transmit only an infrared light and a globe moving mechanism 70 for moving the globe 30, the globe moving mechanism 70 being capable of switching a lamp function into an infrared light irradiation configuration in which the globe 30 covers the light source and a visible light irradiation configuration in which the globe 30 is moved forward from the light source 20, wherein power regulating means is provided on a power supply path reaching the light source 20 and a power supplied from the light source at time of infrared light irradiation is regulated to be lower than a power supplied from the light source at time of visible light irradiation. The amount of heat generated from the light source 20 covered with the glove 30 is reduced so that the inside of the glove 30 does not have such a high temperature that the infrared ray transmission characteristic of the glove and the lifetime of the light source are not adversely influenced.
Abstract:
An ink jet print head has plural electrothermal converting elements for generating energy used to discharge an ink droplet, plural ink discharging ports arranged above the electrothermal converting elements and discharging the ink droplet, plural ink flowing paths respectively communicated with the plural ink discharge ports and internally including the electrothermal converting elements, a substrate for arranging the plural electrothermal converting elements in a columnar shape and having an ink supplying port constructed by a through port which is connected with the ink flowing paths and extends along an arranging direction of the electrothermal converting elements, and a discharging port plate having the ink discharge ports. The ink flowing paths are formed between the substrate and the discharging port plate by junctioning the discharging port plate onto the substrate. The ink jet print head further has a fluid resisting device of the ink flowing paths in which a side of the ink supplying port is opened in the vicinity of a communication portion of the ink flowing paths in an ink supplying port projecting are of the discharging port plate.
