Abstract:
A stage device for driving a movable element, mounted with an object thereon, by using a plane motor, including: (i) a stator unit having a coil group; and (ii) the movable element which moves on the stator unit, the stator unit including: (a) a first region where the object is to be subjected to a first process; and (b) a second region where the object is to be subjected to a second process, wherein the coil group in the stator unit is temperature-controlled independently between the first and second regions.
Abstract:
A servo control device for driving hydraulic equipment with electromagnetic coupling, and more precisely it refers to a manipulator with detent to lock the system in particular positions in order to allow its continuous operation, with possible actions on pushers next to the one pressed with active coupling. The detent is composed of an electromagnet (8) integral with the shaft (3) of the manipulator (2) connected through a joint (6) to the servo-control body and of a coupling plate (9) secured to the servo-control body by a peg or joint (10) whose axis (13) is coaxial with the joint axis (11).
Abstract:
A work vehicle with a working implement, comprising: a control lever 49 for controlling the working implement 3, the control lever being rockably disposed laterally of a driver's seat 16 mounted on a vehicle body 7; a control valve 52 disposed laterally of the vehicle body for controlling actuators 32, 44 that drive the working implement; and interlocking links 56, 57 for interlocking the control lever and spools 54, 55 of the control valve 52, and transmitting rocking of the control lever to the spools; wherein the control lever 49 and the spools 54, 55 are staggered transversely and longitudinally of the vehicle body 7, and the interlocking links 56, 57 are bent, one end of each interlocking link being connected to a first link connector 72, 68c connected to the control lever, the other end of each interlocking link being connected to a second link connector connected to one of the spools.
Abstract:
A shifting device includes a housing, a shift lever, and a sensor unit. The shift lever is moved along frontward or rearward and leftward or rightward to select one of shift positions. The sensor unit is of a non-contact type and detects the selected shift position. The sensor unit includes a plurality of sensors and a magnet. The relative positions of the sensors and the magnet are variable. The sensor unit detects the selected shift position according to the relative positions. According to movement of the shift lever, at least one of the group of the sensors and the magnet is moved along a first movement axis and a second movement axis. The first and second movement axes extend in different directions.
Abstract:
At the front end of an operating lever constituted as a joystick lever, a grip that is not allowed to rotate relative to the operating lever is attached. At the front end of the grip, a rotary operating member to be used for prime mover rotation speed adjustment is rotatably mounted. The operator rotates the rotary operating member with his finger tip while holding the grip and moving the operating lever to adjust the prime mover rotation rate and drive an actuator at the same time.
Abstract:
A stage apparatus in which support units supporting a counter-mass surface plate on a reference surface each include a first permanent magnet disposed on one of the surface plate and the reference surface, and a pair of second permanent magnets disposed on the other of the surface plate and the reference surface so as to sandwich the first permanent. This stage apparatus is arranged to satisfy the following relations: (1) [(stroke of movement of the stage in a first direction)×(mass of moving portion of the stage in the first direction)/(mass of surface plate)]
Abstract:
A compact four degrees of freedom parallel mechanism suitable for use as a hand control or wrist is provided that has backdrivability, is singularity free and has a large workspace and a large force reflecting capability. The structure is light but rigid, and the electric actuators are all placed on the ground or base and provide independent control of each degree of freedom. Each degree of freedom is connected to an actuator either directly or through a cable drive system. The first two degrees of freedom are created by two identical pantographs pivoted together on pivoted joints to define a hemispherical motion of an object (end point) about a center point (hemisphere center). The third and fourth degrees of freedom represent rotation and sliding motions of the object around and along the radius of the created hemisphere, respectively. The axes of these latter degrees of freedom are concentric, and these axes intersect with the axis of the pantographs pivoted joints at the hemispheric center.
Abstract:
A thrust control system is described, including a control apparatus having water jet deflectors that deflect water to provide a reversing/backing thrust and a trim force to marine vessels using water jet propulsion. Other aspects include an electromechanical control lever assembly for operating actuators, the assembly comprising a mechanical lever coupled to a transducer that generates an electrical output. Yet other aspects comprise a load-sensing hydraulic circuit comprising at least two loads and a control system for controlling at least one of the loads, that prevents unwanted pressure transients in the circuit.
Abstract:
A master cylinder which has an unusual ability to limit space requirements, to be fitted in vehicles controllable by handlebars, comprises a cylinder body provided with a seat for housing a portion of the handlebar. A chamber for slidably housing a piston extends along an axis inside the cylinder body. A manual control lever which acts on the piston is mounted on the cylinder body for pivoting about its fulcrum in a plane. The axis along which the chamber for slidably housing the piston extends intersects the plane of pivoting of the control lever at a point.
